Listen, Boss, I haven't finished my research on K-State's special teams...
WELL DEADLINE IS TOMORROW, RANDY, GET CREATIVE AND FIGURE IT OUT.
K-State enters the 2012 season confident in its kicking game. Anthony Cantele returns at kicker, and Ryan Doerr comes back at punter. Doerr averaged 40.5 yards per punt, and Cantele connected on 17-of-23 field goals. The Wildcats are also pleased with their return specialists. Lockett was terrific as a kickoff returner, averaging 35.2 yards with two touchdowns. Explosive return man William Powell is out of eligibility, and so are steady long snapper Corey Adams and kicker Josh Cherry. Bryce Brown, Smith, Zimmerman, Hartman and Thompson will compete for time as return specialists, and Anthony Cantele is expected to handle field goal and kickoff duty this year. Ryan Doerr will punt.
