Do you have a place to live starting in August (or sub lease until Aug at a discounted rate) in the beautiful city of Manhattan? No? PM ME!! due to one of the roommates failing out of school we have an opening. It is a 4 bed 2 bath house. The room open is quite big for a college house with a nice closet along with quite a bit of common storage space, none of which is really being used. There is a big kitchen, a laundry room, 2 living room areas. One of which has a 42 inch big screen HD TV that will be staying with us hooked up to an HD receiver. The second one has a 32 inch HD tv hooked up to basic cable and the XBox. Rent is only 312.50 a month plus utilities. If you have any further serious questions PM me. Any sarcastic ones and or jokes can be posted here.
