my guess is that his pay is commensurate with your assessment of how difficult his job is.

i PAK'd with DJamer MAK last weekend

i think it was him.  i've never seen him before in real life.  but this guy looked like him.  if i were to put a percentage on it, i'd bet around 70% sure it was him.  my past history of identifying PAK'rs lends creedence to my hypothesis.

he came in rolling solo looking for a party the bar was hosting.  i saw him and immediately knew it was DJamer MAK- but i never asked him if it was him so I am not 100% hence my 70% predicto. i saw him several times throughout the evening there but i don't know the real truth and maybe never will.
