Qb's are widely discussed and a lot of this is what we have already heard about these guys. Klein ? All the coaches just rave about him. Miller says that anyone could coach him and he would be a great player. His parent made him into the great man he is. Miller says that in every sprint they do he finishes towards the front. The other players see his work ethic and toughness and they are all inspired to follow him. Nearly all the coaches went out of their way to comment on Klein as a player, leader, or person. On the field he is in complete command of the offense. I think we have all the pieces to be an incredible offense this year. Sams- Wow! He is a fluid athlete. I found myself watching him over and over. He could play QB, WR, RB, TE, LB, or safety if he was so inclined. he is that good of an athlete.I love his swagger too. It reminds me so much of Bishop. He and Bishop have different skill sets, but his scrambling ability and swagger are similar to Bishop’s. He has great speed and looks amazing with the ball in his hands in the open field. He will be very good for us once Klein is gone. He will get snaps this year. HCBS must be racking his brain trying to get Sams on the field this year. I can’t wait to see what he comes up with. Sams did take several snaps with the 1's.Bender- He is very polished for a kid that should be going to prom right now. He is big, strong, fast, and has good mechanics. I don’t know how to get Sams and Bender on the field together but it will be fun to watch the next few years. I get the sense that the offensive coaches really like Bender.Sam Johnson - this kid is good. He won scout team player of the year for a reason. If Johnson had to start this year we would still be a good team.We are solid at QB for the next several years.
Academics is a stupid word.Academic schools are synonymous for being rich, powerful and exclusive, three things Kansas State is not. So when people throw the word "academics" around, that's really what they are referencing.

how'd we get so many heisman hopefuls on the same team? holy eff.
Bender took more snaps with the 1's than Sams, especially during inside drill. Also on a zone read Bender outran AB to the endzone. AB even had an angle.
I though this was about Sams and Bender being related....dissappointing
