And ultimately, this process has no immunity under the KORA.  Or it shouldn't at least.

(14)?Correspondence between a public agency and a private individual, other than correspondence which is intended to give notice of an action, policy or determination relating to any regulatory, supervisory or enforcement responsibility of the public agency or which is widely distributed to the public by a public agency and is not specifically in response to communications from such a private individual.

just listened to this for the first time. i want to see that rough ridin' ticket so bad because if the AD/compliance dept was handed something that didn't even have jamars and malones name on it and they investigated it as hard as they did, as fast as they did and the way that they did, then they really are out of control. i mean, if someone handed them a piece of paper that just said to jamar from xxxxxxx then wtf? as a side note. someone wire someone money to the dillons in westloop and lets see what that bad boy looks like.

Just listening to it won't even do it justice. You have to watch Currie fidget for 40 minutes. You have to. It really is a sight to behold. His eyes, his weird attempt at smiling while pooping his pants........it's just insane. Just insane.
