Well, crap. It didn't say that on the website. Probably for legal reasons. Do you play?
I don't play poker. A friend plays there a lot. It's just a place for the Steven bros to hold cash games. There's nothing legit about it, but they apparently have it worked out with the necessary people.
I just meant legit as in real poker not some b.s. version like they used to have in wichita all the time.
Who are the Steven bros? Some rich dudes who like to gamble?
I play at Nilla's all the time. It is totally legit and they serve good food there too. I also like the b.s. version they used to play a few years ago up on North Rock where they briefly show you the entire deck face up, but they shut that down shortly after I started playing it. I can't even remember the name they called it, but it was funny. But anyway, Nilla's is legit because they take a percentage of the drop on cash games and donate to charity, which is the same premise as playing in a charity tournament. They would have to outlaw charity tournaments in order to stop these cash games from going on. Personally I like a real casino that has a bad beat jackpot a little better because of the chance of getting a huge windfall. I won over $70,000 on several bad beat jackpots at Prairie Band north of Topeka. But that was before they changed the qualifying hand rules and now it is virtually impossible to hit.
