Somebody said, "Hey Michael, you know, for $100k, we'll just move everything down to AZ for you. You don't have to do a thing except sign some paperwork and write a check." Mike said, "I don't know. That sounds like a lot of effort. I'll just have an estate sale and you can manage that crap for me. I'll cut you in for 15% and then just buy new stuff when I get to AZ. Plus, I read those screen plays like 4 or 5 times. I don't need to move them to AZ with me, I'll just write my own."
