Has anyone pre-ordered their bowl tickets yet online? I'm having trouble opening the application...says application cannot be read.  I know this is probably a question for gpc, but I'm blacklisted.

Sounds like you're going to have to bust out the ol' fax machine and submit the paper form.  Who doesn't feel safe faxing a paper with your credit card info to people you don't know?
