In a related note, Sports by Brooks took bids on the tattoos those guys were "trading out" and as I recall the average price they got back from 4 tattoo artists was in the $4 to $5,000 range.

Can somebody Rolodex back through and see what the dollar value/penalty ratio was for illegal inducements for athletes.   Some of you Kellyites might have that chart memorized.

brooks is pretty great.  has a lot of haters in the media.  what he does is the future of journalism though.
