I was wrong though if you only look at 2000 census data. Not positive on the 2010 data, but Utah and Nevada were two of the fastest growing states in the country during during the decade. Pretty sure they are now 2 and three if you include D.C.. D.C. is 100% Urban.

Nev is 88% (3rd) and Utah is 87% (4th).
