hands to the face of the QB gets called a lot.  I didn't hear if that was the case or not.

It was a handoff, so I don't believe it was to the QB.  Assuming it happened along the line, I was too busy being pissed off about catching a holding call to see exactly what happened.

it was a dlineman trying to get penetration by pushing his hands up and into the facemask of an olineman.  gets called quite a bit.

I have no idea what it was. Was in the no-fun-south-end-zone and 34 for them was pretty irate about it. Some of the teammates were trying to hold him back from the middle referee dude. Kept turning around and saying stuff even after the kneeling.

I know if I was Pinkel and I had that crap called against me, I would at least want an explanation, which he didn't get.

Not sure the ABC coverage had any replays, at all, all rough ridin' game.  In fast motion it looked like their DT facemasked the center
