Hummus is an obvious one that you can make a bunch of adjustments to in order to spice it up, but I also love falafel.

It looks delish.

It's basically adding a bunch of flour to hummus and baking it in olive oil. It's a little more complicated than that, but just slightly.

greek food is disgusting.  terrible.

hummus isn't greek fwiw.  i make homemade hummus, prob the best in KC.
