60% of the budget to entitlements. Less than 1% to foreign aid (not sure why this isn't welfare) and less than 1% towards "earmarks".
I'm so glad the dems were able to promise everybody everything without ever actually having a plan to pay for it. The US is in such great shape, fiscally, because of it. Pretty smart actually, wait til you're in power, make promises you can't keep, crap hits the fan because of your promise, demonize the other party for taking it away. Rinse repeat. Like little girls.
