Wasn't Freems drafted in the first round and now leading a winning Tampa Bay team?  Seems like he was pretty well prepared for the NFL.  Too bad he didn't run the spread offense in college though, those dudes always have so much success in the pros.  Just look at Lil Todd.  Or all those TTU qbs who are tearing uo the NFL right now.

We're talking about Freeman thriving in a better system than the dink and dunk Ron Prince offense.  Cam Newton is an example of how a 6'5, 250 lb. future NFL QB can have success in a spread/option offense.

cam is good and all but lets see him play against a nfl defense before we annoit him a savior, jamarcus russel was similar in stature to cam newton and look how well he did

Ben remember in August when you were telling us, "the cupboard is far from empty"??

KU has some decent talent at the RB/WR/DB spots, but that doesn't win football games.  You need an o-line/d-line/QB to win at the Big 12 level... hell, any level for that matter.

apparently neither does going to bible study once a week, and being in bed by 10 pm but im sure it will work out with your stellar recruiting

What kind of injury is most likely to send you out in an ambulance...on a cool evening?  Not the fat kids, they should be fine.   I am thinking a spinal column issue, OR a heart problem.
