Heard it’s aged 2 years, hopefully this is how we bridge our 20M shortfall

Ledger is just physical device that interfaces with the blockchain network of the token you hold, your seed phrases would get you back into your ledger live on another physical ledger device. If your family has your seed phrases they can get back into ledger live and send it from your wallet to an exchange to sell it.
What if my family backstabs me, any advice?
Is it normal to be able to have a 10 acre tract for sale in that county? Seems like a lot of counties are zoning in a way that makes it hard to split lots into those sizes anymore. We are a rural county and they want to keep it that way. There are neighborhoods with 1/4-acre tracts. My current neighborhood in same county is 1 to 5 acre lots (mostly 1-2 acres). Infrastructure couldn't support a county full of 1/4-acre tracts and I don't see that changing with the current bubbas running the local government.
I still own the exact same real estate….I mean….are you 100% aware of what the former has been appreciating in? This comment has broken my brain short term I think.Alright, just initiated a cash out refi through justwin’s place (hat tip for recommendation bro/brodette). We’re getting real liquid here folks.
Why are you taking capital out of a rapidly appreciating asset to put into a rapidly depreciating one?
Why not just keep letting it all ride in the real estate

I'm overweight ADA, BTC, and ETH already.
I think if you had actual rona, got your vax and then sometime this fall get the rooster booster then you have done all you can for your fellow man and you gotta live your life at that point.
It is going to continue to stack the anti vaxxers and I guess that just has to happen
Our 1 shot or more in the US is approaching 200M people, that’s nearly 80% of the 18 and up population. Surely if such a thing as herd immunity exists we have to be approaching it?
one shot is considerably less protective than two and even two doesn't completely prevent infection. and last i saw two shot % was around 50% (all ages).
iirc, the r0 value for delta is thought to be like 6-8, something like that. which would put herd immunity at like 85% or so. so, basically never (unless we get more effective vaccines).
170 of that 200 is fully vaxxed and my assumption is if you got the one you will get the 2nd when it’s your turn. Have to be getting close to reaching an “as good as it’s going to get” stage at least with current efficacy of vaccines like you say.
Has anyone looked at what % has not caught it (symptomatic or asymptomatic) and not been vaxxed? Point being between vaxxes and catching it, how many adults at least in this country have had absolutely zero exposure to the covid?
