I always assumed daily vitamins were a marketing ploy, and a placebo.it's a #ack so you can eat and drink stuff that tastes good and still live forever.

Hadn't considered roids for arrieta, but he certainly got more muscular and hairy. What do roids do for pitchers? I would assume fastball velocity but maybe it allows for better recovery between starts allowing for better control too?
