It's on ESPN or the +
Let me get this straight, he’s a top big man that’s a mid year transfer. He was linked with top schools late last week. And he’ll visit and probably land with Memphis?
Okay….
Tomlins absolutely going to a legit P5 program.
Do you know something or speculating?
It's basketball so ChiCat, should have said P6 program, plus high major programs outside of the P6, like Memphis. It's a given, he would be a top 25 player if he was a on cycle portal player. He's in Memphis, will likely go there.
I bet he'll take multiple visits.
Kstate twitter nearly has me convinced that dick lint is the goat ksu prez.
he didn't get kicked out of college though did he?
Maybe Linton was being generous there.
if he really did something that bad, i would hope Tang and Gene wouldn't want him back??
What an odd deal. Hopefully the full picture comes out eventually.
dick lint, trying, and failing to CYA

What a better game to rebrand to the Octagon of Love than Nebraska. LMAOOctagon of Love
Yesss!!! I love this rebrand!
Please. We’ll know more if Tomlin lands at a new school. The new school will say something like “we reviewed it and it’s cool with us.” KSU fans will all then grab the torches and pitchforks. As well they should.
I hope he goes G league or something non collegiate. Will hurt too much seeing him suit up for someone else.
I just want him to do whatever showcases himself the best for the upcoming NBA draft. I hoped that was as a Wildcat but that's no longer going to happen.
His focus should be on vindication and blame assignment.
We all need to just settle down and not engage in any preemptive freak outs, and remain committed to only freaking out at the appropriate time.
I do wish someone had told Tomlin not to show up to that protest. That wasn't wise.
No. That is not a good enough reason for this.
you guys love adding stuff that isn't said to posts on this blog. all I said was it wasn't helpful
I do wish someone had told Tomlin not to show up to that protest. That wasn't wise.
None of this is ever going to come out officially. Qwan has nothing to gain from it and KSU can't legally divulge it.
Most likely true, but i'm still miffed on the horrible awful thing only Tomlin and a guy named Burnerball knows about and is so awful they can't even talk about, but RCPD and/or the NCAA apparently give no shits about. At least as of yet.
some people saying there's more to it though
Seems like all the protest did was speed up the announcement of the dismissal. All the leaks that started coming out last night and this morning made it sound like a final decision was coming today and it wasn't looking good. Guessing the hope was outside pressure would change UPs mind.
Oh man the zeal is back
Guys, yesterday at this time he was on the bench and in the locker room with KSU. Tonight, he's off the team. The only thing that happened in between is he attended a protest outside Linton's house. If you care at all, email [email protected] this very second and point out the illegal dismissal of Nae'Quan and demand an investigation into this retaliation against Nae'Quan's First Amendment rights.
Was this written from a drafting table in your basement?
The decision and statement apparently came from Taylor FWIW.The privacy aspect is ruining Tomlin's reputation because it leads many to the conclusion he must have done something very bad. I'm seeing lots of posts that basically state"there must be a lot more to this or he would be cleared to play. I don't want someone who decked a coed on the team." But ol' Southern boy Lint just smugly hides behind subordinates and "federal rules,"while Tomlin's is screwed.Quote
I assume Tomlin can transfer and is clear to play elsewhere for second semester. Would not surprise me to see him in red and blue.
And yeah, I absolutely expect some charges to be coming soon. Otherwise it makes zero sense to suspend the guy like a month before dismissing him.
charges? didn't he already get a diversion? are these different ones?
