If this is true, knowing Baylor, there is no way you'll get everyone to sign that waiver. No way. Why put that contingency out there? If you think you will win, just admit them and deal with the legal stuff later.
No, it's ridiculous. They aren't going to vote for their inclusion if they don't want them. They also aren't going to go into this without knowing exactly what they are getting especially after seeing how the Pac12 went down last year. Just think about what it would take to get that many SEC votes for this consipiracy when it would be much easier/cleaner/efficient to just vote no and say you based your no votes on the Baylor threat.
