'Yotes 17
'Cats 24

'Cats lead throughout, and the outcome is never in doubt, but we all leave feeling like we lost.

Yes we almost never look crisp in game one.

I would love to move band to the NE corner. Let's face it, those will not be great seats so we might as well do it right and really dress it up for them, give them the space they need and for the first time in years, let the whole stadium hear them play.

Sorry, but I prefer to see them remain in place.  I'd rather not hear the band myself it if adds to the home field advantage.  Opposing coaches hate the band where it is at, and if things start going bad for them, the never ending noise just makes things seem worse.  Yes, students can be rowdy, but body for body band loud outranks the average student.

I don't want KSU to be like other schools for the sake of being like other schools.  I prefer when the make changes they make competitive sense so they give KSU an added edge.

FWIW the PAC 12 will not allow the visiting team to be on the same side of the field as the students and or band, must be some sort alleged home field advantage  :dunno:

Half of our contingent (M&W) heading to Eugene are high jumpers, if we could just do a little better recruiting in the sprints and distance events.   :dunno:

"open box specials"  good one MIR.

I think all of the speculated destinations could be good for Marcus, hope he finds a home that he can have a great finish to his  career.

"The decisions he made are what he believes is right."

A real ringing endorsement and a bully vote of confidence if I've ever heard one.

It seems like Mittie had a pretty decent first year. May have to catch a game if they're hosting Wnit.
Deb's best player transfers and he got the leftovers...........he got that group to win 9 more games than Deb's last year......not too shabby

side note : they run the Tex Winter triangle on offense and Syracuse zone on D

Being serious, isn't the Triangle a difficult offense to learn?

Why are you stealing our money?

Women finish close second to UT in Big 12, men a dismal showing except in the high jump.

Just a rando thought I can not get out of my mind today,  Rodney McGruder was and is a Saint.  Now back to the topic, oscar is absolutely with out doubt scape goating Marcus,  and with great effect for much of our fan base.

Talked to a nicer girl once a few summers ago about track.  She did her undergrad at UMich and came here to continue working on her sport (unsure if grad asst or what).  My summary of the convo in reference to tge coach us that he is spectacular coach but doesnt recruit with emphatic energy.  Not sure how accurate that is or if I misunderstood things.

Looks like Rovelto may have got the message from watching WBB and Tennis and Mens Golf coaching changes.  His recruiting has really jumped up in the last year.  There are some freshman on the squad already threatening school records.  Akeyla Mitchell, Terrell Smith,  etc, bright future I think  :excited:

Just one, in the NCAA Tournament.

Bonds, McGwire, and Sosa are the faces of the steroid era. Hitting home runs is considered more of a steroid thing than pitching. It's not accurate, but it's the belief. I would vote all 4 in and I'm very anti-PEDs.

My idea is that Bonds and Clemons both had a HOF resume' before they started steroids so should be judged accordingly  :dunno:
