Kansas State Football / Re: If we lose the Cotton Bowl

Also, to answer the OP, I'd retain Coach Snyder for another year, but keep him on a VERY short leash!  Next year it's Conference Champs or he's outta here!   :shakesfist:

So, it took fourteen years under Snyder for your team to win its conference and they've lost the last eleven bowl appearances they've been offered?

What just a second there, MISTER! We'll not have any of these 1/2 truths on this site.  According to http://www.kstatesports.com/feature/football-bowlgames.html we've actually won a few of our last 11 bowl games.  How about Arkansas, huh?

:dunno: I kind of liked this poll, it's a shame not more people voted ... I went with the N. Korean dictator-sounding name myself.

I would opine that mean Beems is better than nice Beems. :surprised:

(please correct usage if wrong. I was worried about "opine".)

 Impeccable usage. Bravo sir, BRAVO!

This.  This time of year is a combo fan's dream.  And really this is the most combo fanny time in KSU's history.

As a true  :combofan: I have high hopes for this.  When Klien & the guys win the Cotton Bowl, the pressure will be squarely on Francisco & Co.  Cotton & NCAA Tourney should do it, no?  Prior to the 80s there were no bowls in K-State history, was there a Lynn Dickey year where we had a good record and went farther in the NCAA tourney than sweet 16?  This Alabama game will tell us a lot about the roundballers...  :ksu:

Simply unpossible, I tell ya! I give up.

Though we mainly use it after basketball games, one of my personal faves:

"Thank you, thank you. Good effort, good effort"

That's a classic K-State chant!  :combofan:

Kansas State Football / Re: How large will KSU's Cotton Bowl Victory Be?
« on: December 05, 2011, 11:39:31 AM »
We have been rejoicing his life since his death. It wasnt until we drew KSU in a bowl game that his good name has been drug through the mud. And yall continue to defend the person that did it. I am truly disgusted.

Psst, GoHogs, here's a little tip for you, when our QB fell to his tragic death, we made light of that too. Have one of these  :drink: , count backwards from 10 and then come back & join the BBS party.  You'll enjoy it more.

Seriously, this site is a joke right? Everyone on here is trying to be ironic, correct? Furthermore you are no longer allowed to use the term "classy" when referring to your program after a thread on here made fun of the AR player's untimely and tragic death.

There were far more Arkansas fans posting in that thread than K-State fans, so I'm not sure how we are the ones who are unclassy.

AR fans were defending the very upstanding young man that died. KSU fans were laughing at the fact that he did die. I know there are some terribly ignorant AR fans but there is a line in trash talking and that line was crossed.

I have never seen a tribute thread that calls the deceased into question a meth user or implies that he overdosed...

How many KSU fans were laughing about it?

From what I saw, there were atleast half a dozen questioning him being a meth user or a steroid user. I get this is a tiny portion of the fanbase but for people that are still grieving his death isnt one too many?

Drug abuse is a serious issue, I doubt anyone was laughing about that.  Concerned?  Likely.
[/quote

There was no concern shown the blatantly called him a meth user. The truth his he died of an untraceable heart defect and his autopsy showed no sign of any drug use. All that was being shown was a disgusting disrespect for the dead.

Ts & Ps to the whole Pig Soooooieee Nation, & to the youngsters family.

honorary mention eff you to James Franklin.

Very entertaining.  Let's go ask Coach Frankling who he'd rather play: (his #15) K-State or (his #8) Va Tech...think maybe he has sour grapes after being passed over for Coach Snyder?

To the OP,

It took me a minute to catch it, but this is just a satirical website. KSU supporters aren't assholes and they're not idiots.  Don't let this stuff get to you man, grow some thicker skin!

Kansas State Football / Re: Colin Klein
« on: December 05, 2011, 10:39:04 AM »
One of my good friends who happens to be cousins with the Kansas state qb swears that when they were children that Colin has 3 nipples. I'm just trying to get confirmation on this bc I am very worried about this in reference to the game Jan 6th bc as we all know anyone with 3 nipples is gay. I don't want to see Sandusky running around the field at Jerry world.

It's going to be incredible bbs'ing when our Gay QB runs for 150 and passes for another 150 (2 TDs rushing and another one passing, btw) on your band of manly men's defense.  I have no idea whether or not Collin has 3 nipples.  :dunno:

1.  Nobody remembers it?  Then why is it mentioned damn near every day on this piece of sh*t board?

Why? because our (not-so-)friendly neighborhood beaker seems to mention it at least once a day. Why do you ask?  :comehere:

Man! Wouldn't it be cool to go to the Sugar Bowl this year? That's one we've never been to.  :lynchmob:

So if I understand you, you're claiming Goat Roper U is better than KU at every position.  If that's your claim, I also supposing that that means you're practically guaranteeing that last year's B12 Preseason Men's Basketball Champions will finish ahead of KU in the B12, right?

You should move to Vegas.  You could make a fortune as either a professional gambler or a stand-up comedian.
The hell? Which one of you wiseasses changed our moniker to "Goat Roper U?"  I was really fond of Goat Meat U

Maybe it would help if you realized the phrase is Italian, not Spanish.

Gotta admit, you had me confused there for a minute. Carry on  :bball:
