I hope someday Dax acts on his deep down feelings and larps as a gravy seal resulting in him having to deal with his fellow conservatives calling him a fed because he's embarrassing to the cause. It's hilarous to watch, anything that makes conservatives look like the morons they are is met with "It's obviously feds or antifa" (in the case of January 6th.) you can't help but laugh at the lies Dax and other conservatives tell themselves in an effort to justify their worldview. Imagine being a "true Patriot" and standing up for America by dressing up and marching in DC only to realize you're so embarrassing to the cause that your fellow conservatives start calling you feds or glowie or antifa. I mean, if the Republican legislature wants to repeal open carry, I'm all for it.

There is a history here. Ronald Reagan implemented some of the most strict gun control legislation in our nation while governor of California in 1967 all because he got triggered when he saw the black panthers open carrying. Maybe we need to lean into history and have more minorities open carrying if we want to see any kind of progress when it comes to gun legislation again.
