Can someone tell me is $2.85/lb for half a grass fed cow a good deal?  It's the hanging weight and then there is $.45/lb processing fee.

That is a little high. I used to sell locker beef for $1.50 lb  + and customer would pay to butcher the processing fee. Though that is corn fed.

Could someone please fade out the Katpak head and put it on the back of the jerseys like Texas has.

Figured we are getting the new elite jerseys like everyone else next season, and it would be sweet to have  all pimped out on our jerseys.  Would like to get a sneak peak, and maybe  Nike sees this!
