Have fun KCFDcat/neighbor. They just installed our cable in this morning at the new house and we already have over 50% of our stuff moved in.  :Woot: Time Warner also threw in an additional jack into my man cafe, so i'd say it's officially on.  :excited:

A man cafe, how cosmopolitan!

Or "do something more than a true racist"?

Also, reminded me a little of Trump with the "we're the least racist people you'll ever meet. We're so not racist it will make your head spin."

That photo has everything!

1. Trump's hair on fleek.
2. Comparison of Trump's hands looking nearly the same size as little girl's.
3. Trump making black, young, beauty pageant contestant uncomfortable.
4. Security or Trump supporter in background looking very suspicious at said little girl.

Based on that, I would think you can just drop off the ballot at the county election office on Election Day if you wanted. Might depend on the county though.

Depending on where you live you might be able to watch it on SlingTV (tm) though!

Will I be able to watch this game at a bar on the east coast? Mrs. Yard Dog wants me to go to the renaissance festival on Saturday... had to have another  "yes, I want to watch every game" talk. But there will be heavy egg on my face if we can't watch the game at the KState bar in DC.

Outlook not great? Pretty sure it's on the regional Fox Sports networks. I'd wager they'll only show it in Big 12 country.

I think Clinton was an objectively good president (whose reputation is certainly helped by the dot com explosion).  He's also undeniably one of the smartest.  Ethically challenged, sure, but that's practically the price of admission to be president.

maybe she always has been, and always will be a rough ridin' idiot. maybe she deserves the entirety of the shitstorm that is about to rain down upon her. i don't know why i'm trying to make sense of the situation. why the eff would someone think that was okay?

This is pretty much how I feel.  People need to know how ridiculously dumb and offensive it can be to say stuff like that (and exponentially so on social media where literally any post is capable of going viral), but I also hate it when one person become a pariah of all the grievances borne by millions of people.  The worst part is that inevitably for something that blows up like that you get people that are literally crazy sending death threats which makes the situation horrible for everyone.

These are great because they are almost exclusively said by the generation currently in power.

If you thought she might be a good person, how about these undeniable quotes?

13414
Glad to see they knocked out some unnecessary apostrophes in the latest draft.

Kids really need to learn how social media works.

She did think for herself and that's the rationale she decided to go with. Tell me who you're voting for and why you're doing so and I can tell you why that's stupid, its incredibly distasteful to do so though.

Was trying to use this inquiry to make a broader point, but if you want to turn it into a roast here goes:

I'm voting for Gary Johnson because I love private prisons.

I don't want to turn it into a roast, dummy. The point is you shouldn't be behaving like you have all the right answers in this election and talking to adults like you're speaking to a 4th grader based on your own predilections

I'm not talking about this election or any particular candidate. I'm saying literally all people who vote in any presidential election should vote for the candidate they think would make the best POTUS. It's a philosophical point, not a political one.

I know the reality is most people just vote for the candidate most likely to win who they fear less, but that is exactly why our election cycles are always so depressing with almost exclusively negative ads. And we get this mentality where each major party's primary directive is to stop the other from accomplishing anything.

Ok, done hijacking this thread now.

*Little in the middle but she got much back.

I mean, if you literally cannot support any candidate on the ballot, I would say not to vote. Now if you just feel stuck because you wanted to vote by party lines and your party's choice isn't palatable, I would say do your research and vote for the person would most like to be president.

voting against the worst person is an effective and easy strategy

It's not really a vote in that case, but now I'm wondering if any government uses down votes. Like, you can either use your vote to support someone or just to cancel out someone else's vote. Would be pretty interesting, though most likely depressing to see how few people actually believe in the candidate that wins.

That really makes me hope someone on every NFL team protests the anthem and then they'll be like "ok, well maybe we can just watch a little football."

Why are you lecturing another educated adult about how they should vote? She definitely didn't ask and you sound like you're talking to a child.

Because it's a line of thought that most people just accept without thinking for themselves.

And people not asking for my opinion has never stopped me (or anyone) from sharing it in the Pit, especially when it comes to how people should vote.

Vote for someone you don't hate only if your vote doesn't matter.

I get that in principal, but if someone leaked more damaging private information, it's not a defense to say other people did it so you're not responsible.
