Who knows how to do the flight tracker wizardry? I mean,  what the crap people!  :dunno:

There was no flight that I saw. But it happened right after the 4:10 Dallas flight landed. I should add there was a former player in the meeting via call in and his phone was blowing up too. My guy at the airport didn’t see him though so  :dunno:

That's about the same time this plane that was in McKinney since Monday landed.

You're crazy.  That's the best mascot we ever had.

Not even the best in that yearbook

Great illustrations. Would buy.

That said, get rid of this guy:

He is not an athletic mascot. He is an illustration from the 1948 yearbook.

He's moving to college. That's why he's holding

a

TOOTHBRUSH

Get that crap out of there.  :don'tcare:

I think I'd start by figuring out that the right wing news is a parody website.

1984's Star Trek 3 may have had Christopher Lloyd as a Klingon, but 1989's Star Trek 5 had a guy from Salina as God!

did you really just look up lady killer on urban dictionary and then after you looked it up decided I didn't know what a lady killer is and then posted the definition that you didn't think I knew on here?

I was clarifying that I do not now, nor did I ever, believe that Spracne actually killed ladies. Not everyone is as hip to the lingo on these boards as you Big Train.

SpracneK5H?

The cannon sits outside the alumni center now. I only saw it because I was taking a picture of the obelisk.

A plaque says it was used through 94 and was installed at the alumni center in 04.

This happened 47 years ago today:

http://www.lib.k-state.edu/martin-luther-king-jr-visits-k-state

A full transcript of his speech:
https://www.lib.k-state.edu/sites/default/files/documents/MLKatKState.pdf

When MLK was assassinated in Memphis, he had a note in his pocket with the names of then-UP McCain, and the PoliSci dept head:

Also, there were a lot of big-name lecturers at K-State in 1968. MLK, RFK, Reagan, George Romney, Fulbright, etc.

It looks like one of those government tourist centers you'll see on the side of the interstate after a state line, filled with vending machines and brochures.
