I loved the book.  Have only listened to two podcasts so far and am not impressed with them.  One was vampires and the economy, though.

Yeah, that one was kind of a "duh" moment. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know from it. Enjoyed the US & Mexico "Merger" episode.

I want to cut that bastard that leaves a quarter cup in there. MAKE ANOTHER POT!

That person is the worst. We have the bad bow pictured below at work, and it makes me really mad when people are drinking out of both pots at the same time, so you have a pot that's half full, and another one that is 1/3 full, instead of being systematic about it (maybe it's the analyst in me, but it bugs me)

Simple 2-bin Kanban.  Not that hard.

Maybe this time you will actually talk to them when they say hello to you. 

For the record I was caught completely off guard. Here I was, sitting with some friends in the 4Q. All of a sudden a couple people start yelling out my gE/ Twitter name. C2W comes over and I am confused as hell (my phone was off, he had tried to text me). Anyway, my friends are looking at me like WTF is going on. Was stuck between a meet and greet and having to explain what happened, as my friends are not aware of gE. Ms. UChadbro was very confused.

Next time I will do better.

ah, yes. the ol' how in the world do you know those guys convo. always a treat.

Yeah it would have been easier to explain, but I'm a little younger than C2W as well. Prly came across as ignoring them, but was really like a deer in headlights. Now she understands though. Future meetings should run much more smoothly.

abort, abort.  it's so good at first but it'll only end up hurting you (at least pretend the show ends after season 5)

The last season was so horrible I didn't make it past episode three

This show along with Weeds both started out with a couple good seasons then went to utter crap. I watched both until the very end because I had already invested the time in previous seasons. I wish I had never started.

Finished Californication last night. Last season was great but no terrible. Hated the ending.

Hank Moody is a great character. I like him as much as I like Don Draper. I give the show a solid "B" rating.
