What started as a message-board phenomenon and a series of unofficial tees is now being mentioned on ESPN, mainstream newspapers and even Mixed Martial Arts Web sites. Wildcats coach Frank Martin seems cool with it, telling the Kansas City Star, "It's a great thing. ... That's what's special about college athletics. It makes it fun and gives your team a shtick that players take and kind of bond with along with the fans."
Why not take it a step further, then, and brand the court with something similar to the tees? Everyone's done the giant half-court team logo by now, including Kansas, so why not scrap the Wildcat and set Bramlage apart with a center-court Octagon of Doom that every potential recruit will instantly recognize on TV? Take this mock-up and get working for next season ...

I was thinking about doing a network with some sort if music device that could run off NAS. Once I started figuring out what I wanted, seemed to get pretty pricey

I was also looking for network storage though and thats where it gets expensive. I have a couple in my basement that like to pick through my music and wouldnt want to open my whole desktop to them. Also have friends that come over and they could copy some stuff...and I trust them less
I had an old laptop and its screen went out. It is now running Windows Home Server and has almost 2 TB in external drives on it. Got a gigabit port for it and the N wireless wifi adapter I linked above for clams on my 360 and streaming HD movies is a breeze. I RDP into it to download torrents. I keep all my music on it. It's a good setup.

I just called my bookie and opening odds have a levi KO paying even odds. You can lock in a fight to the draw at 5 to 1. A manbeck win on points plays 20 to 1 and a manbeck KO of Levi is a longshot I'm playing as it pays with 50 to 1.
Manbeck may have the physique of a 6'2" manute bol, but he does have reach and if he doesn't get into a ground game he could sting and maybe play to a draw.

First of all, I have nothing against Cole personally. He seems like a swell guy, and up until I saw his Twitter picture a few months ago, I wouldn’t know him if I saw him.
All I know about him is what I read and personal conversations I’ve had with others.
Yeah, there a few things that, from a professional standpoint, irk me. And his faulty predictions are the least of them.
He’s in a tough business. I couldn’t handle it, and I got out (was ushered out?). I like to think I know a little bit about the biz, though, and I respect the people who do it the right way.
As far as a fight, the logistics aren’t in its favor. But maybe some day.
And I've never met Levi. So I don't know how the fight would go. But I'm willing to find out.
