I lived in Dallas 2 yrs.
Jerry World is in BFE, same for the rangers, and Six Flags, Jerry World should of been built near downtown dallas (blame the old dallas mayor)
Ft. Worth sucks....unless you are a cowboy (no offense to anyone, just not my thing)
I'm staying in some cheap hotel "near" the stadium (actually I'm rooming with Weird Robert)...kidding.

How poorly am I located at the Indigo?  tia

Well, looks like I am going to try to cash in my BA rewards by flying 11 people round trip to the Cotton bowl.  Seems like that would make the CC plenty worth it and I don't imagine I will have to pay for a beer the whole time I'm down there.

I used 18k Avios on 2 tickets and 9250 Avios on a rental car.    Great deal...so much better than AA.    Hell, same flights were 60k AA miles.

I'll have to look into the rental car.  Thanks for the heads up

Meh, I would guess he didn't expect the player to be running up towards him.  He had too much speed going and knew he was going to hit him so, in the moment, decided to just lay him out.  It was murder, but not premeditated murder

Ill tell you what is going to hurt your image.     When the final score posts on the Espn ticker and it shows that the Razorbacks beat ksu by 4tds!  That's what is going to hurt the image of your program!  =-)  Seriously, at first i thought that your fans were trying their best efforts with sarcasm.  But, now i think you guys actually think you are above the Hogs and are actually believing half the crap you guys are shoveling!  It's ok though.  That is why the games are played.  I'm sure reality is going to rear its ugly face for your fanbase as the Hogs offense scores AT WILL!    Now, i'm not going to sit here and say that you guys won't score.  The hogs have had trouble with a mobile qb in the past.  So, i figure it'll be a close game for about a quarter or two.  But, that's when the harsh truth comes crashing down and you see Jarius and joe with their 4.2 speed  run by your dbacks!  =-)  Good luck with that!    52-17 Hogs!     Gave you a few points for good measure to show how good of a sport i am!  haha

I'm sorry, but Arkansas is going to take your team behind the woodshed and bury the shovel with them. You will be LUCKY if you don't lose by 30+. Truth.

Obviously, their board is littered with 13 year old punk kids who love the ability to spew curse words and make ridiculously immature comments.  At least Lanny has kept that from being an option here, although we do have a few who I think would go there if given the opportunity.

There is no way that is illustrative of their entire fan base.  I have relatives in Kansas, and the people there are mostly conservative by nature, and have realistic views on their sports teams.

If I am an OU fan, I'm rough ridin' furious.  They beat us head to head, and have only been to the Cotton once since 1995.

3 losses and the way the last one happened, turnout may suck.  Though the closeness of the Cotton may of helped

yeah the cotton bowl is great but that doesn't mean we didn't deserve sugar over va tech

I really don't get how we are so much more deserving than VaTech.

I think getting blown out by 28 your last game drops you a spot in bowl selection with figuring that fans may not travel as well, jmo
