Oklahoma will give us a test. Texas might. Other than that???

I'm not moderate and I don't want Bernie as the nominee. Defeating Trump should be top priority.

CoachKli's average record at NDSU was 14-1.

They're turning Les Miles into a shoddy parody of himself.

More and more convinced that Trump is going to get re-elected.

Bernie is the rough ridin' worst.

I actually liked A Walk in the Woods. I like that commune with nature crap, though. I'm not looking to read anything else by that author.
I didn't care for how he described/looked down on.... literally everyone he encountered.

It coincided nicely with my vision quest trip and she if the hiking and nature descriptions were ok, but man, what an ass

I read it as lighthearted humor from a fussy New Englander, with no actual contempt intended. A couple parts were legit funny. He did have remorse over ditching (which I don't think is a big deal) the super annoying woman. I could be totally wrong about him, though.

I agree that the nature descriptions were mediocre. I like thinking about the logistics and gear and overall concept of communing with nature for an extended period. Much of what I enjoyed about it I also enjoyed about Wild, which is probably an unusual point of view. I would not (and did not) recommend.

Literally no one in The South would call it part of The South. They don't even have Southern accents there.

So, my company sponsored a Showtime PPV boxing match in Atlantic City over the weekend. (WTF!?) The company logo was in the middle of the ring and whatnot. GG, NG1, and NG2 had previously expressed how they all detested boxing. For example, when this was announced, I was like, "maybe they'll have a pizza party for those of us not going and we can watch the logo on TV." The three of them agreed that they could take their pizza into another room where no boxing was on TV. This morning, one of them asked if anyone had seen anything from the event. I mentioned that I watched some highlights from Showtime's twitter feed, but that you couldn't really see the logo because it was small and and almost always out of frame and lost among a whole bunch of other sponsor logos that were plastered everywhere. About that time, D2 figured out what was being discussed and starts excitedly rambling away about details of the fight with sportscaster level analysis like he's talking to his best buds at happy hour or something. And he just kept going because no one was saying a word back to him. Total silence. I have no idea how it ended because I did what I always do when things get awkward and put my earbuds in.

The comeback is amazing, but I also can't stand rooting for dynasties. Weird situation for me. Thankfully, I was busy when this was happening.

Not that anyone really needs further reason to be skeptical.
