I think this was a good hire for the Hawks. I think he'll have them bowling in 3-4 years, maybe less. And then consistent bowls after that.

There's no way KU will knock down Memorial stadium and the site where Memorial sits is one of the best in the nation. They can do wonders with 250 million. KU will wait until a new coach is hired to start back up on the stadium, another reason David Beaty needs to be gone now. It's different here since they will be relying on some of that premium revenue to build the thing. But between the focus groups and that tone deaf survey they sent out, I think the message was sent loud and clear the premium seat demand isn't there.
