sams will be a great slot wr
If he is Synder's starting or backup QB he won't play any other positions.  Maybe Wildcat, but that should be the extent of it.

looks like someone forgot the sam johnson factor

Since Johnson left, the go to guy for that joke now is Huebener or however you spell his last name.

http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/538629/andre-jackson Is this guy gonna contribute next season or will he end his career w/o a reception?

Surely during the off season someone will be able to teach Diaz how to score, right?

55
Rodney's JO going to realise this his career will end now unless he plays the best half of life. Will come out and spark one of the greatest comebacks in tourney history.  :ksu:  :ksu:  :ksu:

I might also have a few in me  :drink:

If you guys don't slow down, you're going to kill LHC Bill Snyder. His heart can't take this comeback.

False. The way he ate into dug into that hotdog tells me he's gonna be around for another decade.

So how is everyone doing this afternoon?

Currently watching the Cincy vs. Creighton game since I enjoy basketball games were the score is somewhat close.

59
La Salle can't keep up this pace, right? Like, there's no way they can score 100, can they?

60
Thanks goodness this sport is nothing more than a hobby for these students.

61
So, we want little bro to win vs. Gonzaga, right?

62
Does anyone else get a strong Frank vibe from Ole Miss's coach?

Did Cormac McCarthy write this one?

+10 for a McCarthy reference. Now I gotta find a way to work Pynchon into this thread.

Just tried Boulevard's Coffee Ale. Great aroma and pretty smooth as far as ale's go. Really enjoy it. Anyone else tried it?

This game is validating my belief that most West Coast teams struggle to play D and will exit quickly in the tourney.

2 things.

1.  Stars don't matter folks can eat a big dick.

2.  Our defense could be terrifyingly terrible next year.

Our defense was terrible last year and we went to the Cotton Bowl. We started a 2 star safety at LB (who's now in the league) two lightly regarded former qbs at safety, some jucos at CB, etc, etc. AB was a fantastic player but losing him isn't going to make that huge of a difference.

Who is our best option to replace him? Moore? Slaughter? It's a very big loss.

You just can't replace an Arthur Brown.

68
So if I glanced at those stats correctly - you're saying Boise State lives and dies by playing the lottery (AKA shooting from beyond the arc) ?

Ya but look at what Iceland did during the bust.  They socialized the banks and defaulted on debts owed to foreign parties.  Doing well now.  :dunno:

They're doing better than Ireland, who requested a bailout from the EU  :dunno:

EDIT: here's a brief summary of the situation - http://www.piie.com/blogs/realtime/?p=3352

Haven't checked this in a few days - did the person or group who posted the image that seven posted take it down? TIA

So it looks like island nations are tax havens for banks, and as a result have some ridiculous statistics:

Quote
Anyway, the Cyprus story has obvious parallels with both Iceland and Ireland, with RMML — Russian mobster money laundering — as an extra ingredient. All three island nations had a run of rapid growth as banking havens that left them with banking systems that were too big to save. Iceland, at peak, had banks with assets that were 980 percent of GDP, more than 10 times the US number; Ireland was at 440 percent. Cyprus, at around 800 percent, was closer to Iceland in this respect.

We just offered a 6'1", 195 lb fullback who claims he hasn't even heard from any other schools.  I'll give you one guess as to why.

Feel like I should update this - look at which stud is recruiting him:
