were honored yesterday on the new donor wall in Anderson Hall for contributing over $1 million to K-State.

It should be noted that the Vaniers and their family have given at least $14 million dollars to K-State, I say "at least" because the donor recognition ranges are $1 million plus, $5 million plus and $10 million plus.   Jack is in the $10 million plus listing.

walk into Frank Martin's office and ask him why the F_CK K-State is paying Dalonte Hill $420k a year, and why Frank thinks his staff needs a pay raise??

Really, a Juco Point Guard from Tallahassee Tech School of the low Mid Major Rejects??

Great job basketball staff . . . you keep working that "right fit" strategy, and we'll all sit back and enjoy Frank trying to beat out Doc to avoid playing Wednesday.

Looks like 1988 all over again.  A couple of good years, and then straight off to basketball oblivion because the staff doesn't recruit for $hit.

4 in 20 years isn't as good as 3 in almost 60 IMO. Plus it's mostly K, while at Kansas, 3 different coaches have won it all.

Better turn the NCAA tourney into a numbers game K-State hoops.  Nobody is going to win 9 straight like UCLA anymore.  F_ck, ku is a self proclaimed dynasty and they win a national title on average once every 27.5 years.

That means:

1.  Recruiting the talent to get there all the time.

2.  Recruiting the talent to win there all the time.

3.  Going year, after year, after year, after year.   Can't have this bull$hit of making it every so often, you've got to be there every franking year.

when better basketball players and a better coach play against mental midgets, and a really bad game plan.

Hey uh guys, when the line up high with 2 big guys in the key, they're going to try and off ball pick and roll you.

Key's for next year.

1.  Get better hands.

2.  Sit Dom over McGruber.

3.  Lu won't be around any more thank the flying the spaghetti monster.

4.  Substitute Dom after he has seen a psychiatrist and worked on his shot all off season.

5.  Completely drop the JamSam isolation offense . . . he absolutely sucks at it.

6.  Get Wally a clue on defense . . . the kid will be unstoppable if he ever get a clue on how to play defense.

why do you start out the game letting every thing go, then go insta Ticky-Tack with 10 minutes left in the 1st half and then stay there for the rest of the game??

Did you guys huddle and decide that a game that was going along perfectly fine as it was needed more of your F'ing attention??

Don't let this happen again.

Feds investigating ku comp tickets.

The concern now  for ku folks . . . were there any players involved with their comp'd tickets??

So even after all of squawkville throws their TV sets out the window KSU vs Y draws a 23.5 rating/ 36 share.

I know, I know, Wake hasn't exactly been stellar of late.   But wow . . . they bought themselves some studs.

with personnel at the end of the game IMO.

Oh . . .and F_ck those refs, if it wasn't for those douchebags we're strolling out of there with 20 point win.

Frank had every right to go crazy when he was asking "How is that a foul" . . . you're right Frank it wasn't, the refs were the only thing keeping the Mormons in the game.

Jerome Tang Coaches Kansas State Basketball / Really WTF ku??
« on: March 20, 2010, 11:02:03 PM »
You guys come out against us, contesting everything, playing out of your f_cking minds, pressuring the ball all over the place contesting shots, battling for every rebound.

Against a pissant team from the Missouri Valley . . . nonchalant, don't care, letting little white guys beat you to every board, Aldrich plays like a pussy, the Morris twins play like pussy's,  Sherron clearly has the "Should've skipped Compton's cash and gone to the League" look all night.

Really . . .WTF.

Sad . . .  This is what happens when you buy teams, eventually they just don't care.

842
is that K-State hoops is on a screaming train to no more ready made excuses.

(please note to all hypersensitive types, I am not knocking anyone here).

Frank has a new contract and getting paid well, I would presume that the assistants are going to get some pay increases as well.

If the practice facility is built as it's been described to me by insidery types . . . Frank and company will be working inside one of the finest basketball complexes in college hoops bar none.    Frankly if that facility gets built that way, it's a real tragedy that the NCAA has cracked down on the campus hosted AAU tourneys, because it would be a real show case venue for that kind of event.   But it will most assuredly impress come summer camp time.

Access to Manhattan has never been better or easier.    :AA:

So get the damn basketball facility built and get out there and recruit staff, and don't fiddle fart away momentum like K-State has done so many times in the past.

he had  kind of a point a couple of times about the offense there for awhile.

It was quite obvious what Frank was trying to do though.

But at one point he's bitching and Dom is at the rim (getting fouled . . . no call) and he's bitching about our floor spacing.   The next time, if our bigs could make a f_cking decent pass to save their lives (and Denny doesn't stop) we have a lay up.

Bob, go run your motion offense back in 1987.

Lu provided all the Spalding "Arena Back Stop" series Sales Rep's with all the "closer" ammo they're ever going to need.

"Look at this video (Insert AD or Facilities manager name here) our Arena Series Back Stop's can survive the toughest of onslaughts (Lu Colon mid 2nd half vs OSU Big 12 Tourney 12 foot "shot" attempt playing on video) . . . if that backstop can handle that, we can survive and prosper against anything your kids can bring to the floor".

848
Well . . . BTW, I picked opening round losers . . . this team has hit its glass ceiling.    Tired, can't finish, can't defend, one dimensional.
