Did someone just post a list with Dimel and Chuck Long on it? :facepalm:

We are seeing, this year, what it is like to have a staff full of "Snyder Tree" guys, and it aint pretty.

Give me someone who isnt afraid to become innovative, to spread the field, to actually know how to run a 2 minute drill, to actually disguise blitzes, That recruits, that doesn't play 10 yards off the ball and let teams quick slant them to death, blah blah blah blah........endless, endless blah blah

I want someone who will do more on the sideline than toss a pen on the ground.

Someone who will play a better athlete, cause he is better, than a walk-on who gives 100% effort.

Thats what I want :angry:

Kansas State Football / Re: Win Baylor game or no bowl game?

If we lose to Baylor, I see 3 wins. I guess ISU will screw something up against us, so 4 wins.

Never would have thought 3/4 wins would be on the table for this year................. :bang:

Well well, all the evidence we need to prove the playbook isn't as thick as a phone book.

Couple sheets of paper prove everything I've known all these years--we don't have that many plays :buh-bye:

Penn state had 2 TO to figure out a 4 th down play.......and they ran a zone read to a RB who had no success the entire game. Awful

Jesus, Delton hasn't "gotten" the job either.  He sucks butt .

One read and spazz out in the pocket and just throw up crap.

I thought ADGT was brought in here as a "yes" man to Snyder and Co.?  Meaning, when Bill says he's handing this over to Sean, ADGT can just say yes and GTFO?

It was a great listen.  Man, when Reggie started talking about RP, he got so fired up mad!  I loved it.

Our WR are gonna be disappointed. Just standing out there........all by themselves..........getting bored........getting sleepy..............wishing they were playing somewhere else

Who cares?  They should think about that when they drop touchdown passes on consecutive plays.

And in any event, most players prefer winning rather than getting their butt whipped.

Players who are still pinching themselves that they ended up on  P5 team and are just happy to be here don't give much of AF

Excellent point!  I know longer feel bad for the WR :emawkid:

He is reluctant to keep on the zone read - maybe he gets aggressive in Conference play

Yes, we have not been greatly successful running the ball with our running backs so far.
What will happen, I predict, is that we will run the QB much more frequently in conference play.
It will work to get our running game going.  The only question is whether Thompson can handle the beating.
Unfortunately, I think Delton (whoever 3rd string QB is) will be our starter (because of injuries) by the Baylor game.

Fixed it

I'm on Greg's side  :cheers:

Gordon would invest in neither. They are both too volatile.  Too risky.

He would be wise to wait out the season, see who gets a new coach, and then invest with that team.

Serious question::

Is anyone else concerned that alot of our coordinators are former Snyder players?

Here's my point:  What progressive, innovative ideas has Seiler, Coleman, Klein, brought from other programs?  Oh, they haven't been anywhere else.  They are Snyder boys.  So, they run what they and Snyder know.  Which is boring, awful, bend dont break stuff.

I did not see the game Saturday, but since we were down the whole game, did we ever, ever run a GD 2 minute drill?  Or did we run the play clock down every fricking play?

I watch these other teams become innovative, run hurry up, mix up blizes on D. Yet we never do.  See our hurry up offense crapfest last year, was it against Vandy or UT, I can't remember.  It's like we never ever practiced it.

That, my friends is all coaching.  and recruiting falls on coaching.  So, its time boys.  It's time.

We are currently at the half way mark of the season.

So, dating back now 4.5 years this is what Brad's futility looks like

122/138 ==total wins/loses

33/75 == conference wins/loses

That, my friends, is 4.5 years of bad, bad baseball.  42 games UNDER .500 in conference play.
