For some prospective coaches it depends on whether they want a stadium and/or highway to eventually be named after them while they're still living.

RDR2 is a really fun game so far.

Does anyone else absolutely hate the selector wheel thing and also how you select guns/cycle between them? Does it get easier the more you play and have you got a feel for using it quickly?

I shot a legendary grizzly in one of those early missions like 6 times with the rifle. Went back to my horse for some beans or whatever and thought I changed to shotgun. When the grizzly charged me I drew my rough ridin' bow and arrow.  :shooturmouth:

I have to send out periodic long emails with more explanation that I normally would to a handful of higher-ups per a template honed after many back and forths. I slipped into the millennial and did a "Too Long. Didn't Read." at the end of the last email since it was overly long.

Got a response from one guy saying to move the summary at the beginning of the email to save everyone time.  :blank:

6-10 generations so 1/32 to 1/512 Native American

The Native Americans planned 7 generations ahead, so I see nothing wrong with somebody 6 generations later using that heritage to their advantage in some way.

What about someone 8-10 generations later?

Great! Now she can join the Cherokee tribe, and actually advocate and work to advance their rights.

It's like the architect was like we don't know what this is going to look like so just put roofs and overhangs over everything so we don't have to show any actual thought or design.
Most real life buildings have roofs, man.

That's my bad, I couldn't see that the roofs northeast, north and west of Bram are actual closed-in buildings. I thought they were canopies over the concourse.

Renter's insurance only covers domestic water flooding (pipe bursts, leaks, etc.) not natural disasters. You can insure your stuff for natural flood but it costs more.

Most of the people renting or even owning had no idea that they were located in an area that floods and has been getting progressively worse. There should be some sort of mandatory notification espesh for renters by the landlord at a minimum. There were a couple of those apartments that the landlords didn't even rent the first floor because of the known flooding issues.

The other issue is that you have the development in the City and most of the Wildcat Creek watershed is County jurisdiction.

Has anyone tried that MamaDeaux's where 4 Olives used to be? I think it avoided the flood.

at what age do you think lad first realizes he wants to eff youngsters?
Here's a study of the most recent ordination class and studies are available back to the late 1990s. There's some interesting facts that don't line up with the they became a priest because pedo early. It's developed.

http://www.usccb.org/news/2017/17-085.cfm

there are no data in that link that provide information on the age at which pedophiles realize they are attracted to children.

the reason there are so many priests are pedophiles is because rational pedophiles have surveyed the available professions and come to the conclusion that being a priest offers them the best opportunity to both encounter victims and escape punishment.

The article states that the average age was 16 when they considered vocation also, the average age for the 2017 class was 34. The age that pedos begin their attraction is concurrent with puberty so around 15 or so. So if all these pedos are surveying the professions at 15-16 and select priesthood, what do they do for on average 18+ years until they are an authority priest? Hide it? It seems like there's a lot quicker and easier options to give in to their deviancy.

You obvs aren't familiar with the process to become a Catholic priest if you think it's a "profession" that pedos choose from on a list with teaching, daycare, coaching, etc. The Catholic church is not a cowboy church or wanna-be Evangelical group where a blowhard can sign here and become a priest overnight.

I'm of the opinion the abuse is an outcome that's developed over time from the nature of priesthood and this needs to change.

Notice every time it's priests and boys (or priests abusing nuns) and not nuns and girls? Priests are the authority figure and hence the majority develop into the abusing personality.

48
i don't want to carefully read this thread and i know some of you have basically said the same, but i'd like to make it more explicit - the reason there are so many priests are pedophiles is because rational pedophiles have surveyed the available professions and come to the conclusion that being a priest offers them the best opportunity to both encounter victims and escape punishment.

i don't believe there is any connection to religion other than that.  if, in the future, the catholic church makes it harder either access victims or escape punishment, pedophiles in the future will flock into other professions (pediatrics, wrestling coach, dunno).

So my dad apparently thought this might get stolen so he welded the year he bought it and his name on it.

My son believes we have a vhs of this thing running.

That crusher is neat as hell. Looks like you're going to have to fab up a feed hopper tho.

Don't know if you've already got 'er moved , but I've had good luck rigging up a metal shoe/skid on each wheel and strapping or chaining to the spokes, and then pulling/sliding onto a trailer to get it back to the shop.

Heat and penetrating oil are going to be good buds of yours.

Any idea which old tractor with a belt pulley or stationary engine you're going to use to power it?

emawican, if you read the article, it stated that almost all of the asbestos currently used in the us is used by chlorine manufacturers.

if your point was that companies aren't going go around shoving asbestos in building materials again just because the federal govt is relaxing regulations, i agree with you.

Quote
"EPA is now allowing asbestos back into manufacturing"

Let's slow down on the EPA allowing companies to produce friable asbestos insulation fantasy talking point.

People that live, work, or even visit a building that was built prior to 1985 are around asbestos everyday.

What % have been abated?

Asbestos only has to be abated based on planned disturbance (demo or renovation), type, and/or condition of the material. If a material has over 1% asbestos, it is then regulated as an "asbestos containing material."

Asbestos is in everything - floor tiles and mastic, pinhole/textured ceiling tiles (the drop ceilings everywhere), sheet rock and joints, plaster, adhesives, fireproofing, piping joints, insulation, roofing materials, weather proofing materials, window glazing, caulks, cove base and mastic, insulation, doors, valve packings, industrial fuses, etc. So neglecting materials with 0.01-0.9999% asbestos and asbestos materials that aren't required to be abated I'd put it at around 10-15%. 85-90% of buildings have asbestos in them somewhere.

There's asbestos in building materials that were installed as recently as the mid to late-2000s but those are pretty rare.
