Their 3rd highest paid player (Jeremy Guthrie) sure did a good job of watching from the bench this year so thank you for correctly pointing out you are in fact a dumbass.

Because you are spectacularly stupid, I mean that since he has a guaranteed contract the royals should just not play him.  Make up for that by having a cheap LF and RF if they aren't willing to spend more because of this. Man you are dumb.

except it probably would have more like 30 million and a shot at free agency at 26.  but other than that, yes.

Has an arbitrator seen a player like Mike Trout before?  Really hard to guess what they would rule on but 30 million is extremely on the low end IMO.

no, it's not.  because the first three years of those he was already under team control.  it's however much more he'll get paid now than what he would have got in arbitration for those first three years (my guess was 4-7 million/year more) + the 33 million/year he's going to get for the three years when he would have been a free agent.

yeah, no chance.  he's a royal for 1.5 to 2 more years.

I tend to agree with you but he's been a very streaky player.  Obviously if he continues this kind of play he's going to get a huge contract, but Trout signed for 6/144 million.  It would be tough for him to turn down 120 million dollars guaranteed right now I would think.

No experience with shooting a man point blank with a shotgun but I suspect the lack of blood would set off some kind of alarm although unclear the Raven mask visibility.  Either way completely ridiculous that he lives.

How many beers do you think you could drink in a 24 hour span?

Played the Boggs game on Superbowl night (From it's always sunny) drank 38 in 8ish hours.

For those that don't watch the show: Get a white t-shirt, a sharpie, have your buddies mark each time you finish a beer using the IIII slash to signify 5 beers.  I only knew how many I drank from finding my wadded up shirt in the corner. Great game.

Also if you pass out/quit you have to have your total written on your forehead.

Yeah. None of these guys who report on the Royals are perfect, but there isn't anyone I hate. They are doing their jobs fine. JMHO

I just loved Dutton.  Did his job extremely well while working subtle jabs in when needed.  Andy's twitter account is non-stop sarcasm, condescension, I'm better than you, etc.

He's clearly just overcompensating as Fanning pointed out. He annoys the crap out of me, he has a dream job.
