very interesting.... i won't miss him too terribly.

It was quite disappointing to see the "KU ref Bailout Mode" kick in on our home floor. :sigh:

653
Would be extremely disappointing to finish anything less than 11-5.
I'm kind of putting the anchor at 12-4.

You should be happy w/ 10-6.

wouldn't be devastated w/ 10-6.  definitely not happy though
I'd be devistated. I see 2 games we are in legitimate danger of losing... I will admit I'm prone to overreacting, though.

http://www.crashingthedance.com/ has 7 Big 12 teams dancing w OkSU having the worst seeding at #9

Want to play OSU again.

if projections are accurate you will get your wish.
i want to embarrass those losers!  :curse:

i'll take a 1 pt W.  a W totally undeserved resulting from a Pascoesque meltdown by some radom OSU guy.   Frank badly needs to get his first W in the Phillips 66 Trny
true. last two games in the tourney have been tough losses.

playing three sub 6 footers works in high school.   so Frank might know how utilize that line up :dunno:
it might sound kinda stupid, but the athleticism of the team should overcame the height disadvantages. would also eliminate the offensive drop off when merrs is on the floor.

Irning is a PG.  CM is a SF.  what does one have to do with another
 Actually, Irving plays point guard when spelling Clemente and shooting guard when spelling Pullen. IMO better off playing three-guard with him rather than give CM minutes, especially when Colon is also in the game. Too many offensive dead spots.
thats what i have been wanting. go with a 3 small guard lineup. keep merrs out.

Couple things:

Irving and Mersy don't play the same position
Don't understand the Lou hate, he plays physical and sets a tone for our team.  Plus, he's only getting 13 minutes a game.
I would like to see Frank go with the smaller line-up (Denis, Jake, Martavious) in the event that Sutton or Gruder are in foul trouble... would lessen the time Mers is on the floor.
I love Lou. Nobody throws a one handed pass better imo.

Wally was great on D when he was on Cole. Problem was, he was not on Cole the whole game.

663
Kind of OT but still kenpom related:  We do not have a 78% chance of winning at OU imo
agreed. they still not have lost at home have they?

Is there a place or a stat I can look at that will let me compare last year against this year in terms of our team's performance and results when Jake and Denis don't account for, say, 40% of our points?  (That's just an estimate.  The actual percentage may be different.)

I'm just curious to try to put a number to the eyeball evaluation that we've won more games this year where Denis and Jake haven't scored much than we did last year.  Try to quantify the difference our bigs' scoring has made this year.
add up the average ppg from our bigs from last year, do the same with this year, and compare... :dunno:

Deron Williams?
oscar Weber got in there in the nick of time to save him.

667
OSU seems capable of fracking themselves in the ass... we'll need to take care of bizness vs. MU.
this... they were a complete no-show today at Tech, and it made me sick to think we lost to that sorry bunch.

(btw, where is the "sigh" emoticon?)

wools went 8-40.

it doesn't get old.

Amazing stat.  I just wish these wins weren't so ugly and Frank would run a better offense and win the right way.
lol.
