Nigel Johnson is at Rutgers.

Tre Harris is at Southern Illinois Edwardsville.

Malik Harris is at Indian Hills JUCO.
Is Malik playing this year?  Their official site doesn't post box scores and the two articles I saw didn't mention him.

Pig aggie fans believing that are like KU fans believing Cheyenne Zulu is a Jayhawk.

No. I bet he gets fired after a pretty awful year. We'll probably remember him and John Currie the way KU remembers Turner Gill and Lew Perkins...poorly.

JC will be remembered fondly, if he's the one that fires oscar.  At least until he doesn't hire Brad.

KU-KSU hasn't been a real rivalry for well over 20 years.  They can't compete with us in FB and they dominate in BB.  It warmed up a bit in FB when Mangino was in Lawrence, but Ron was in charge here, so it didn't really catch fire.  THe Huggy/Frank era also started some excitement, but that all went to Hell too quickly.  I don't know if I would really miss them and wouldn't be butt-hurt if they did move on.  Its a shame though.  They don't care about FB and our AD doesn't GAF about BB apparently.  Sad, really.   :frown:

I wish we could get a freeze-frame of the Ice family when they see they paid for a tarp.

Maybe the tarp is a place holder until the NE scoreboard is installed.  Then they can install the matching back-lit powercats!.  One can hope.

Man. Times are really slow around this thread. Shame, because it's usually packed with genuine LOLs.
There is nothing LOL about the current state of football at KU. They need our TSC love now more than ever.

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

The thread is slow because KU football is not hurting.  They are on the verge of history.  Their main problem at this point is deciding between accepting offers from the BIG or SEC.  Reportedly the SEC has promised to build them a new stadium and are very excited about adding a BB partner for UK.

I'm starting not to like this chatmon guy  :shakesfist:
http://espn.go.com/blog/big12/post/_/id/100978/predicting-the-2015-season-week-12

Iowa State 27, Kansas State 21: The Cyclones' receiving trio of Quenton Bundrage, Allen Lazard and D'Vario Montgomery have a touchdown reception apiece, sparking Paul Rhoads' team to a surprising road win. A mistake-filled afternoon from the Wildcats' offense and a pair of missed field goals hurt LHC LHC Bill Snyder’s team in the loss.

Week 10 standings

1. Baylor -- 10-0, 7-0

2. TCU -- 10-1, 7-1

3. Oklahoma -- 9-2, 6-2

4. Texas -- 6-4, 4-3

5. Texas Tech -- 6-5, 4-4

6. Oklahoma State -- 7-4, 4-4

7. West Virginia -- 6-4, 3-4

8. Iowa State -- 4-7, 2-6

9. Kansas State -- 4-6, 1-6

10. Kansas -- 1-10, 0-8
Shows what this ass hat knows.  I could take just saying our offense sucks, but missed field goals?  We have the "Crane" McCrane kicking.

I think Ksufan22 needs to sit down and have a heart to heart with this Chatmon fellow.   :dunno:

Kansas State Football / Re: Auburn game
« on: April 04, 2014, 11:41:30 AM »
I think a LOT of folks forget that Auburn was 3-9 (0-8 conf) in 2012.  Last year was a dream season, flash in the pan, lucky season, etc, etc, not unlike ku's orange bowl season in '07.  Pretty sure they dodged all the "good teams" in the $EC last year as well.

Should be a blood bath and can see why the 'Cats could overlook them.

OU, Baylor, and OSU are all going to be scarier games, imo.

Well, OU beat Bama by 14, Auburn beat Bama by 6, OU beat us by 10, therefore science tells us OU was better than Auburn by 8, thus giving Auburn a 2 point advantage over us. HOWEVER, further studies show that home field is worth 3 points BUT that only means we would have beat them by 1 LAST YEAR. We should be better and Auburn worse, so really no worries unless something flukey happens like we turn it over 5 times.

SCIENCE!

"teabag"  omg, rofl

Let's not forget "Tebowing" or the frenzied hate that ensued after his ProLife ad at last year's super bowl.

I can't tell you how many rough ridin' people I've encountered (all leftists fwiw) that hate Tebow for no other reason than his religion.

How did this turn into a tirade on Tebow "haters"?

I'm kind of curious though, how LHCBS would react to a new recruit telling him that he was gay.

Kansas State Football / Re: Michael Sam
« on: February 09, 2014, 08:49:54 PM »
Can we stop pretending a crap load of people don't hate tebow just because of his bible thumping? A guy just told a newspaper he's gay for gods sake and a man was defamed as a racist to the world all in the last 24 hrs.  We don't need to invent bullshit.

Don't know of any "Christians" in the last couple of generations in this country that were dragged behind a car for their beliefs.  The Tebow/Sam - Gay/Christian equation is a poor comparison.

I still don't know who these people are that had a problem with Tebow's religion

I think it's funny that some people act like if he would have been throwing up gang signs all by himself at the end of the bench, then everyone would have loved him. BUT, since he was praying, THAT was the reason that everyone gave him grief. No, he's an obnoxious person, religion had nothing to do with it.

EVERYONE was not giving him grief.  Tebow had way more supporters than detractors.  He just wasn't a good NFL QB and got way more press than he should have.  I blame ESPN.  I also blame ESPN for SEC bias, high ticket prices, the absence of the mid-range jump shot and global warming.
