I'm sure Hilton Coliseum would be on this list as well.

McDermott - "you look around the league tonight and some teams down with us got beat bad at home.  We fought the #3 team in the league tooth and nail."

Excellent SLTH postgame.

I'm really glad I didn't watch his postgame. I'm sure he was calm and collective even though Cyclone Nation wants him shipped on the next Union Pacific train out of town.

Best description: Mizzou "oklahoma-ed" the Clones in Ames.  KSU fans couldn't describe it any better than that.

Lavendered!

Edit:

Actually, kinda spooky how much it looked like , which is near and dear to Mizzou fans' hearts.

That's exactly how it was lol.

People I want to punch in the face at this moment:

At this rate, I'll be locked up for how long???

Maybe by then ISU will have fired Mac and Jamie and restored the basketball program.

 :excited:

Quit creepin on Mac with a camera when he's getting ready in the morning...

Slightly off topic, but who is ISU's fracking rival?  I'll hang up and listen for the answer.

Iowa, but they act like KU and pretend they arent our rival. However, most Hawk fans I know wanted Minnesota to beat ISU in the Insight Bowl. They claim Minnesota to be their rival. Seems kinda wierd to me, success by Minnesota only hurts their recruiting, so they must consider us more of a rival than them.

Sort of glad we lost on Saturday because that means yall are completely fracked now :excited:

Be  really LOL when KU starts their March Madness early by losing to OSU, KSU, and MU to end the season.  That would be prime KU form!

if that happened and we beat ISU would that not result in co champs??  :excited:  :crossfingers:

I'm not sure how well KSU and KU would share a piece of hardware between the two.

My grandpa is a Michigan State alum, with how my luck has been lately, Purdue will win.

Wow, guess I was wrong about that one.

Hav, I keep telling you to give up the whole "trying to be our rival" thing. Come on man. Get it together.

Can someone quote me calling us rivals with KU or KSU?? I just love laughing at the stuff other schools do.

crap is going real bad when ISU fan is clowning you and you can't say a thing in response.

Real bad.

KU has beaten Iowa State five years in a row.

I still can't believe you guys tore down the goalposts in 2005 after you beat a 7-5 ISU team.

It was KU's first winning season since '95, and Iowa State would have been North champs if they had won that game.

It was Iowa State, Beams.

Is it bad that I'm laughing at KU tearing down their goalposts after beating us??

Apparently winning a Cy Young award still doesn't earn the respect of your own inbred fans.

We still have our Cy Young Award Winning Pitcher, Chris Carpenter.

Is the game in Kansas or Missouri? I think rape may be legal in some parts of Missouri.

I've been thinking about this. Recently watched a game in an arena that I thought could serve as a model (but can't remember which one it was). It had an upper deck that extended a few rows over the lower deck, kind of like the addition to the west side of the football stadium.
Figure you'd have to replace the roof and rework concourses.

Ain't going to happen soon.

Might as well build a new arena if you have to take the entire roof structure off, rework concourses, and build enough bathrooms and concessions to adequately serve the increased seating capacity.

worked for Kemper Arena, sort of...

Kemper (Hilton South) is a piece of crap.

Best team in the history of organized baseball.

(Screw you Jim Leyritz  )

You may be the one person with a wierder combination of teams than I do...

I can't wait to head down to Busch-West Stadium in Kansas City this summer for the 3 game series vs. the St. Louis Cardinals. I'm still really fracking bummed that we didn't sign Rick Ankiel; life will go on though.
A Cardinals fan from Iowa?

Just another desperate attempt by Havs at wanting to be our rival.

Rival? Cardinals are too good to be a rival of the Royals...

10x World Series Champions.

$$ to retain our coaching staff?  Anyone?

I'm sure expanding Bramlage seating capacity is the last thing on their minds.

They would rather have children who drive around in Bentleys than have 12,000 fans in a seat. I mean, you guys are wearing purple and all... thats rough on the eyes!!

How do you fit 12,000 fans in one seat?  ???

lol... ummm... very carefully

Iowa State was fairly recently a 2-seed.  Havs, refresh my memory, wasn't that a final four run? :flush:

:bang: after that game too much to remember.

Wooly destroyed Hampton earlier that year.

This means that you guys will lose in the first round to a team Mac destroyed... SLU maybe?

and quite frankly it isn't even close.

Do we have to keep showing Aldrich's dunk against Fort Hays State when they were down by 2??
