doritos can be made in anyone's house using oven bake corn masa flavored with kitchen & bath cleaners

why anyone would want to duplicate the flavor is beyond me, i would rather enjoy pigeon tuesday

I think some of you are confused about the difference between "anal retentive tendencies" and "pet peeves".

my god change this thread title to people that are just so rough ridin' weird about things and the things that they are weird about and how they get mad about people over their weirdness.

chill brah, just think the people are married to their weirdness and give it a name like jefferson and be like WOW, that guy has 4 jeffersons!  maybe try to beat a personal record of jefferson sightings or something, make it a fun game.

Losing belly fat and eatings lots of fatty meat will do you good in the T dept.

Fatty meat will not make you fat by the way. when you eat and drink a bunch of sugary carbs then that is when you pack on the pounds.

Red meat it up and do your push-ups. You'll be fine

you don't know me very well if you think i am missing out on red meat.  you also don't read very well if you think i am missing out on exercising.

i'm sure you're heart is in the right place though.

to sum up.  diet and exercise cannot change low-T but can only be benefited by getting T level raised.

get it, got it, good.

ok, here's the deal.  every year i start exercising in late winter in order to get myself in shape to endure working outside during the hot texas summers.  over the past 2 years, my exercise efforts not only had no affect but also started producing decreased energy levels and health.  that does not mean that i worked out and the next day i was tired.  it means after a prolonged period of time exercising, think 3-5 times per week for months, my overall fitness is almost less than it was before.  add to that, a decreased sex drive and i knew something needed checking.

i had heard some low-T spots on the radio but was not going to go to a hack center that only makes money by giving T-replacement therapy.  i went ti my doctor and he chuckled when i said i thought i had low-T and said "so does every guy now that there are commercials."  i explained to him what i posted above and he ordered a battery of tests.  he assured me it wasn't going to be low-T.  next day he calls and said he was wrong but wants to do another testosterone test, same result.

myth, exercising raises testosterone.  he said that exercising will give you a 15 minute boost after exercise but it does not raise overall T over a course of time.  you will quickly surpass that T level needed to recover from workouts.  T replacement is necessary to improve quality of life unless you just want to lay on the couch and exude 0 energy.

myth, low-T makes you not want to do manly things.  false, still have 100% desire to do manly things, just don't have the energy.  also, if you have a crappy taste for doritos, more or less T does not change that crappy taste.

if you think you might suffer, go to your doctor.  i am already seeing huge results in 3 months.

i'm not ashamed to say i am a man in my 30's that as the doctor says "has the testosterone of a 60 yr old man"

anyone else get monthly injections or curious as to what symptoms you might have that would point towards low-T
