2. Rodney McGruder, G, Kansas State

Comment: Overshadowed by the scoring of dynamic guard Jacob Pullen and the erratic play of enigmatic big man Curtis Kelly, Rodney McGruder quietly excelled last season in a supporting role. The athletic 6-foot-4 junior will have the chance to improve on last year's 11.1 points per game, 5.9 rebounds per game and 40.8 percent three-point shooting as the centerpiece of Kansas State's revamped offense next season.

3. Kyle Weems, F, Missouri State
Comment: All the well-deserved hype Creighton's Doug McDermott received this offseason makes it easy to forget that he's not the Missouri Valley Conference's reigning player of the year. That honor went to Weems, who averaged 16.0 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.0 blocked shots in leading Missouri State to the regular season conference title as a junior. It will be tough for Missouri State to achieve those same heights as a team after losing four starters and its head coach, but Weems is respected enough that Kansas, Kansas State, Oregon and Cal each tried to woo him away this past spring.

loved it when Petro suggested that if Snydes was ever the coach at The Ohio State, he may have 2 or 3 titles by now  :surprised:

Nnamdi Asomugha underrated? Maybe he is an underrated bowler or ultimate frisbee player or something. Because, as an NFL player (which is what i assumed this poll was in reference to, could be wrong), he is incredibly overrated. Incredibly. Not saying he is not good, because he is very very good. But the non-stop slobbering all over his knob the last 1-2 years has been absolutely ridiculous.

Vaughn Scribner is a native of Wichita, Kansas and attended Kansas State University where he earned his B.A. in History. Three months after receiving his undergraduate degree, Vaughn traveled about eighty miles northeast to pursue his Ph.D. in History at the University of Kansas.  He studies early modern British/colonial American history in a global context, with a concentration on early American tavern culture.  Vaughn is currently in his fourth year in the graduate program and has taught the general early American survey course as well as serving as a GTA for numerous other history courses.  Vaughn is working on his dissertation, “The Social Atlantic: British American Taverns as Key Nodes of Culture, Communication, Consumption, and Identity, 1714-1763.”

Well, friends, I think it's safe to say that Mr. Scribner is a 100% certified SQUAWK.

can confirm. he used to date this girl (left)

This is the most elitist, condescending, uppity post I’ve ever read. As an alumni, I’m ashamed that it’s associated with KSU.

coming from this guy i wouldn't worry about it

its ok A_M, i wasted an hour as well, and this is the best summary i have found:

Quote
1. Dude from Nebraska, Akita, lives in south Austin.
2. Newish neighbor has a really bright light that shines directly Akita's bedroom.
3. Akita marches over there all indignant and worked up at 11:30 PM.
4. Thanks to grogginess and general misunderstanding, the exchange is a bit heated.
5. Neighbor, who has recently moved into the house, only turns off one of the lights in the back yard, not knowing there were two.
6. Akita become more incensed and tears down their common fence.
7. Akita posts the story thus far on texags
8. Makes up with neighbor over beers including that neighbor is not a "Whorn" after all, and agrees to rebuild fence
9. Akita posts the update that they've made up
10. Akita buys flowers & chocolate for neighbors mom
11. Texags posters go by Akita's place to revel in his mentally handicapped shenanigans, offer to help rebuild fence.
12. Akita (shoddily) fixes the fence, names it "Whorn Fence" even though there are no Longhorns at either residence.
13. Texags decides, since fence is rebuilt, to turn this into their "Yay, we're in the SEC now" glory hole BBQ orgy.
14. Neighbor learns of party and tells Akita to keep his aggy buddies off his property.
15. Neighbor, realizing discretion is the better part of valor, concludes he's dealing with a raving rough ridin' lunatic and begins construction of new, larger fence behind the existing fence to keep his clearly unstable neighbor and his newfound aggy buddies out.
16.Akita plans to tear down the section of the fence again for the BBQ purpose even though he'll presumably be staring at another fence.

17. 4 middle aged aggys show up at Akita's house
18. Eat bbq
19. Lemon party
20. New tradition is born.
21. BTHO Common Sense
22. Profit

And yesterday I need a summary of what happend, it looks like

23. Akita makes many statements about being in the Marines
24. Interweb fight about Marine story
25. Shaggy eats Akita alive and he admits he made the Marines thing up
26. Shaggy posts his criminal record which includes domestic abuse, DWI's, Drug possession. Turns out he's worse than we thought.
27. Akita, panicking goes over to Texags and says his whole life has been an attempt to "troll" Shaggy. He hopes many will believe him and will still invite him to do Aggie related things.
28. Some Aggies are dumb enough to still believe him, most don't.
29.????????
30. Feeling worthless he will most likely kill himself/wife/others in the near future.

179k TV households?

There are 940k TV households in KC alone. Alone. So whoever came up with this table is suggesting that KSU TV households make up the equivalent of 19% of KC, and zero anywhere else, but the KU estimate is 5.5x as many households, or the equivalent of 103% of the KC market and nowhere else. Someone who knows more about how this is estimated pls explain. TIA

I don't think this is about a girl brosephs

Maybe....

However, his GF is in TN, where Bryce is now, where Bryce spent the summer instead of working out with OB.  Just looking at the cover of this book makes you think that it ends with him as a stay at home dad and no other black friends.

How about replacing 2Ys with nobody? Just run 10 guys out there, confuse RGIII (I'll bet he's never faced a 10-man defense before), and that way, 2Ys will no longer be 'a liability out there.'  :dunno:
