And bad news for your friend y-l-a but vitiligo is for life, he will have some times when it will come in and some times when.it won't. It can be dormant for years then he'll start getting spots again for no rhyme or reason.
You know 2 white people and 3 black people with Vitiligo. Using this evidence, I would say black people are 50% more likely to get it.

does anybody truly believe NU, MU, CU, and A&M regret their moves to their respective conferences? Like, the majorities of their fanbases, coaches, administrators?
They may not have more power, but they view the PAC, big 10 and SEC as superior conferences with superior schools. It's like, they'd rather be the last place Kansas City Royals than the first place Omaha Storm Chasers.
Do this country a favor and vote for Hillary, it's not that complicated.

If Hillary were honest, trustworthy, exhibited a modicum of competence in prior offices, hadn't serially betrayed her duty of loyalty and fair dealing while in public office, hadn't frequently destroyed evidence of her misconduct, and wasn't taking positions she opposed only a few years ago, she'd be a fabulous candidate 15 years ago.
