i'm still hoping we expand into mexico. find the biggest effing college there and then tell them to start playing american football. boom. the whole country is ours.
How about Canada?  They're a big county that likes football.

Canada may a lot of land but their population is small. Only about 30 million. Mexico is about four times more populous, so they are probably the better target.
Mexicans are to busy dealing and abusing drugs.  Plus 99% of them are poors, so who can afford the great sport of football in Mexico?

Katdaddy, no!

No, no, no, no, no, that's different.
I made fun of them because they are
FROM China. You see, it's NOT okay
to make fun of an American because
they're black or brown or whatever,
but it IS okay to make fun of
                         foreigners because they're from
                         another country.

Burrito

White
Black
Steak
Pico
Cheese
S. Cream
Lettuce

And of course, 'te Tabasco.

This is an unofficial run (missed obligatory start date and as we know, when it comes to K-State decisions are irreversible and binding).

So can I double up tomorrow if I can't get to a 'te today?

Absolutely not

Let me correct myself.  You are welcome to double up tomorrow but it will not count towards the challenge

N/A

I don't see any burritos on your avatar area.

Can we talk about how awesome Alex Gordon has been?

It's frustrating that Ned is stubborn about changing the batting order.

I think one of the most frustrating things about Ned is that he tinkers with the order constantly, but then won't make the changes that seem obvious to everyone.

He manages on feel, especially on offense, its not going to make sense to those of us who aren't him.

Guys Gordon is a legit MVP candidate.

Salina's not that bad. I could easily be happy living there for quite some time. A lot of that has to do with growing up in pop. 2000 rural ks, but I could enjoy most any place really. The only place I'd vehemently oppose is the far out suburbs, exburbs or whatever they're called (and any generally crime ridden and poverty stricken areas).

GOD DAMN SPRACNE, YOU EVANGELIZING VEGANS ARE INSUFFERABLE

I'm not actually a vegan, but I couldn't imagine weathering those calorie bombs (Chipotle burritos) for half a fortnight.

Meh, you could actually shed some decent lbs with bowl cereal for breakfast, tuna sandwich for lunch, chipolte burrito for dinner. You'd probably have room for a snickers or something as a snack as well.

Three seasons later, Bubba Starling is still playing single A ball and is posting mediocre stats. I'm pretty sure it's safe to say he's a bust.

Yeah. Any first overall pick who hasn't reached the majors by then end of his second year is a bust, imo. This pud hasn't even gotten out of single A yet.

2000 - Adrian Gonzalez: Bust
2001 - Joe Mauer: Bust
2003 - Delmon Young: Bust (he's actually probably a bust)
2004 - Matt Bush: Bust (actual true bust, now in prison)
2005 - Justin Upton:
2008 - Tim Beckham: Bust (2013 was first MLB action. He's played 5 MLB games.)
2010 - Bryce Harper:

Pretty poor track record of first overall picks going by that criteria. And when did Starling become the No. 1 overall pick? It is concerning that he hasn't progressed more quickly.

Dlew, 8mp encountered. Handsomeness scores are off the chart. Also, 8mp is even bigger than I imagined.

Boing!
THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT!!!!!!!

MR BREAD, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's funny, because in a former life a young 8mp played a male prostitute who specialized in pleasing older female clients with his size.

That series felt a lot like taking three of four from the Red Sox last August. This team could be coming together. As long as they can follow Gordon's lead and get choosey with the bats they'll be alright.

2.5 games out of the WC, 4 games back of Detroit.

why is hosmer hitting third and gordon fifth?
Cause Ned hates us.

Gordon should have been hitting third since opening day. He's wasted at 5th.

Side note: Alex is approaching at bats exactly how myself and others have been preaching all year. He's absolutely spitting at any pitch that isn't exactly what he wants. It's beautiful.

3 legends, one left.

I'm going to mush the crap out of this competition, even if it means I have to get two burritos one day and save one in the fridge for the next.

guys, I can do a full blown ponytail now. I'm getting some mixed emotions/reactions, but also a lot of these comparisons:

have I gone too far? should I keep going?

You should punch yourself in your rough ridin' face for suggesting people think you look like Jared rough ridin' Leto.  What you're saying is you're rough ridin' incredibly beautiful.  If that's the case then nobody rough ridin' cares what your hair looks like.  You're goddamned beautiful.  Hair does not matter one bit.  Shave it, grow it out, style it however you like, does not rough ridin' matter.

The nerve of this beautiful sonofabitch.

The resemblance is actually pretty uncanny.

i bet the cast has a game they all play called "try not to hump Pedro today" and also i bet nobody ever wins that game

Cargo shorts.

Landed around 40-50 bass and a couple of catfish in a 2.5 hour period.

Good grief, where is that pond?

Assuming it is the same one.

Hey how about all that talking guys? I thought the talking was really well done in this episode.

OK, but seriously Dany kicked Jorah to the curb!

Huge mistake and character flaw on her part. He'll redeem himself. She better show humility when he does, or she's a lost cause.

How is that a character flaw on Dany's part? She just found out that her most trusted advisor was once a spy. If anything, her character flaw was not ending Jorah's throat.

She's supposed to be a queen. She's supposed to use reason and mercy, use a little empathy. Jorah may have started out as a spy for Varys, but he didn't know her at that point. He's done nothing but support her for the longest time and also swore fealty to her. Out of all Daenerys' advisors, Jorah is the most trustworthy despite being a former spy. That's the rub.

It's true that she did show some restraint by not killing him instantly as she'd done so many times, but that's only a slight improvement to her black/ white line of thought when it comes to most situations.

She showed a lot of restraint by not killing him. He probably caused the death of her child because Varys/Tywin probably sent that witch lady who "cursed" her child. And then almost caused her death with that poisoned wine.

Yeah, it's only hurting her in the end because it had Tywin's intended consequence of removing her adviser from her, but can you really blame her?

You've read the books (AFAIK), so you may actually know these things, but I feel like that is grasping. He was loyal to her, for the most part, before he got his pardon, and completely loyal after.

To put it succinctly, despite the wrongs he's done to her, he's done right by her more than anyone else has.
