Sunflower Showdown in Manhattan Set For 11 a.m. on FX

Just know this, K-State can win this year and then 24 years in row after that, and still have a losing record to KU.

   That and their pointing out that we have been losing bowl games recently are real treats.

Aside from KU, are we going to blow anybody out the rest of the season? Probably not is my guess.

What is a blowout?  I think there is a pretty good chance that we can beat one or more of the softer defensive teams by 20 or more.  WVU, Baylor and teams like OSU will score points but have little hope of slowing down the Cats.

UT is the only team left on the schedule who will be able to slow down the Cat offense.  Luckily, they have to come to Manhattan.  WVU will put up some points but the Cats will murder their front seven, and I would bet that WVU has more turnovers in that game than K-State does.

Whether I do or don't like to bang dudes or have dudes bang me is beside the point.  What matters is whether or not your rankings end up being on the caliber or kenpom's bball rankings, the chingdex, or ORCHID. 

That your rankings have our and, through the vicarious nature of EMAW, your K-State Cats ranked so high gives me hope for a spectacular season.  I pause, however, as you have West Texas Tech ranked number 1. 

It's obvious that your EMAW boner is growing, not only from each and every win but through the sheer magnificence of the goEMAW bbsers and from our call-in prowess on your show. 

The clock is counting down until the ED becomes a true-life katpak character.

It's so weird that they think that Lawrence is such a modern metro destination & Manhattan is some barren wheat field.  I mean there is a guy with "DodgeCity" in his screen name using Silo Tech and talking about how much Manhattan is a dump.  Seriously, how is it possible to be so delusional and self-hating at the same time?  Do they not realize they live in the same Kansas as we do?  Do they not hear the Case IH and Cargill sponsorships KU has during their football games?

Duh, it's a hip, chic, modern oasis of blue surrounded by a sea of red in an otherwise forgettable state.

Suppose you were forced to field Mitt Romney on the Kstate team for the OU game.  This is a two-parter:

A) what position do you put him on for offense? and

B) how do you think his hair will hold up after being in a helmet all day?

Wide Receiver split away from the action on running plays.  I don't want to know what would happen to his hair.  I'm not Romney fan, but he does have an immaculate head of hair and it would be a shame to see it "mussed."

Ha! I bought a CD from one of the Sticky Green guys out in front of the Shop Quik by Nestor's about 7 years ago.  I thought they were from Topeka. 

BTW, song is ok (prob. better if listened to on a good sound-system), but the video is really great.
