he has also apparently promulgated the outright lie that he finished with the highest GPA at IMG and is a published author for total idiots to believe
He also was proffered a Rhodes Scholarship, but turned it down due to his love of ball. This must be embarrassing for you, so I'd understand if you want to just slink away into a cave somewhere.
Citations please...can't wait to read some soft science, low level journal bullshit and tear its methods and conclusions apart. Bet he wasn't an actual author anyway...probably helped with the singular case study, but that's merely a presumption. Send now, please.

Let's not get too serious about this. We all know it was hilarious. The stool will live in infamy, and for the most part both teams walked away without impactful punishment.

Also, Dajuan Gordon, who pronounces his first name hilariously stupidly, is a Busch League beta.
Lol, just wait. May not be perennial like Team Adidas (for now) but he'll lead us to what we've been building on. Get some heads up Ws, conference champ or two, deeper tourney runs every other year or so...per the usual. All the while, football will be business as usual. It sucks, losing that edge in the only sport Adidas is good at....I get it.

The KC Star editorial board wrote that De Sousa should be suspended for the entire year.  Their logic?  It was behavior unworthy of such a classy basketball program (which, BY THE WAY, just found a way to keep De Sousa on scholarship despite his totally selfish secret plan with Adidas to exchange cash in exchange for his agreeing to attend KU, the victim in all this).

I mean...you can't make this crap up.  Same "editorial" also chastised KSU for stealing the ball by calling it as bush league as it gets.  It's pretty sad/astounding that KU hoops, clearly one of the dirtiest in the history of the sport, is still considered unimpeachable in those parts.  They're in complete denial.  Lulz.
All the while ignoring Greene's dunk on us as time expired while up several years back. $50 they were saying you play until the clock hits zeros then. SMH

Greene's dunk is so easily forgotten. What a dumb thing to say, but not surprised given the author. #stilldodumbshit

Hey, who the eff do you think you are? Get the eff out of here, chodesucker.
Sorry about Sprac, Don...he's a hawk. A decent one most of the time, but a hawk nonetheless.

There was that one KSU player that had a knife.  There should be repercussions for that sort of behavior.
Huh?

Meanwhile our current dork is probably posing with Hacksaw Jim Dougan and posting it to angelfire
Meanwhile, we have the #21 recruiting class compared to SCU's #75...so jelly
Recruiting class smack is definitely something winners do
Lmao, says this guy. Forgot winners talk smack on coaching poses for pics and vids, not on what may actually influence winning. Dork

lol, nah

Yeah, what a weird thing to say.
He literally scored more points than Diarra in last night's game, goofs. Comment was specific to the game.

You didn't say more points, you said more offense.

Seriously want to lead this board back to its original never Oscar stance. Actually it is not me but Oscar doing such a crap job that the team goes the final 10 minutes of a game against a meh like Miss St without a FG. Those in-game failures are compounded by programmatic fuckups such as keeping worthless slag heaps like Love and Shad around for 3 years.
If we can win conference titles with this slack-jawed dweeb, imagine the success Cats could have with a competent coach.
Yeah, all those titles we've had without oscar proves it....oh, wait.

Tough loss, but I have to say I was impressed with the effort, determination, and sportsmanship of the Kansas State squad. There is no reason to be ashamed for this loss. It was a sporting contest where one team won and one team lost. It could have gone either way.
For sure, but would be easier to digest if not for obvious miscues leading to the loss.

If our reveivers actually had hands it would be a tie ball game. As bad as Sky has been, he had us a TD on the first drive.

FYI offers often aren't real offers
most schools give out supposed offers by the hundreds each year with absolutely no intention of accepting the vast majority of them
it is often done as a favor to the high school coaches
a better to determine who is actually interested in a recruit is to follow who is actually "recruiting" them
hardly any of Densons list was actively recruiting him
he had 3 schools supposedly recruiting him the last couple months
in december it was literally just us and purdue
so I'll take him but every CB commit from last year was ranked higher and other CB commit this year is ranked higher too
KU's CB commit is ranked #30 in the country
Denson is ranked #90

so if Georgia gave him a scholarship offer in Nov, and he says i accept your offer, then what, they say, haha just kidding it was a joke, we aren't actually recruiting you, just like your coach?

Pretty much, schools like Iowa State will make offers then the kid they offered will never hear from them again, so the schools pretty much eliminate themselves. I do think kashi oversimplified why schools make so many offers. I think the schools, especially non elites who do it, make the offers to anyone they could possibly be interested in, then they essentially offer over the previous offer and have the ability to come back to them later if need be, it's how flood aggie got Purdy.
A shitty thing to do, imo. You offer, you should uphold it...cut the shotgun recruiting, this shouldn't be marketing. All that said, why belittle recruits whom, in one category on paper, appear to be an improvement? Weren't a lot of our past higher ranked recruits ones that had short offer lists (I.e., not even on the shotgun offer lists to begin with)?

p5 offers according to Rivals:
LSU  :surprised:
Arkansas
Oregon State
This is a case where I think it's safe to say LSU wasn't hot on him
That or he realized he has more opportunity for PT in limited years here.
