it does help schools like us because we're just good enough to where we can keep most of our good players. the top schools will improve too but the difference between a portal add and a blue chip guy in the program probably isn't too big on average.

my guy stavros got a special coming out on netflix tomorrow. very excited!

Didn’t watch but we shot 48 free throws? Is that a record?

Was curious about that too... turns out, it doesn't even crack the top 10 (No. 10 all time was 49 free throws against Indiana in 1958). That said, of the top 10, only two have happened in the last 25 years: 2010 game against Colorado - 54 attempts, No. 3 all time; 1999 game against Baylor - 51 attempts, No. 4 all time).

All-time record is 56 against Purdue in 1958 - those old timey games must have been unbearable without a shot clock.

dang. so at least in recent history it's the most. that's crazy

some supplement ideas for you guys to "chew" on. mushrooms could have really good benefits. like cordyceps, lions mane. this thing i saved before, seemed interesting:

i treat my body and brain like a motherfucking trash can though so i haven't looked into any of the above. although if some of those things help prevent getting sketti-brained at an older age, may be good to consider.

not sure if i'm deficient but looking at foods with high magnesium i probably am. they do say to keep it under 500mg a day though so you might want to figure out how much you're getting from your diet. have taken citrate and glycinate. glycinate is supposed to be the better/best one, but citrate seems better for my issues, which seems to have to do with an overactive nervous system.

Yeah, I’ve discovered magnesium is pretty much a super mineral. Is helpful for so much stuff.

yes. i've had 2 things in my life that were extremely annoying to deal with and would give me headaches and other problems - facial tics and teeth grinding at night. magnesium kicked both of their asses.

rarely see a qb lose his crap like that. he's a very good quarterback and hard to complain about a top 15 scoring offense or whatever it is. but he's probably very emotional, which could explain the inconsistencies he's had. and not very cool in the clutch as he couldn't make stuff happen in the 4 losses (although did come through against ku).

well it was a down year and we went 8-4, and isu had a good year and went 7-5
This game meant a ton to Matt Campbell

might've saved his job, but still probably keeps it with 6-6.

TUCK TIPS
- need to be mid or high rise
- absolutely no skinny or slim for jeans or trousers
- straight leg seems best for jeans. can't get wider to work. too gen z for me.
- straight leg is good to really wide for trousers can be a sick look (but maybe too k-pop for goEMAW).
- shoe chunkiness must match pant wideness
- the higher the waist, the bigger the dick energy

i've started tucking everything. it was a long and tough journey experimenting with the tuck and going out with a bunch of trash fits and probably getting laughed at behind my back. but i believe i've figured it out and i think it's going to change my life.

<<< officially biggest tuck on goEMAW

That spread option wildcat seemed pretty unstoppable until they spammed it and we figured it out better. Did they do that in previous games? We should throw that in sometimes.

Spracs, no matter the end of this. They are ballers. I just want that for all the games between our respective universities

i think a world can exist where both teams are consistently very good, especially with 2 great coaches. they'll both find dudes
