how can you not like Leavitt after that article.  #1Cat

Venables is #1 on my wishlist.  However, if it's Leavitt, I'd still be pretty pumped

I can't think of the last recruit that we had a verbal from, that opened back up, just to recommit to us. Has that ever happened? He's gone, fellas. This tuck is calling this shot unfortunately.  :frown:

I sure hope you're wrong Wacky.  We were his VERY FIRST OFFER on June 1.  Not first FBS offer.  Not first P5 offer.  FIRST OFFER PERIOD.  Then TCU offers in December.  This would be a huge kick in the nuts.

I'd be pretty ticked if we lost Elijah Walker.  Cerritos wasn't really on the map until KSU found DJamer Reed last year (I'm not counting Price b/c he didn't move the Cerritos needle).  We discovered Eljiah Walker months before anyone else, and if TCU nabs him this late, I'm going to be pretty ticked.

I moved to Manhattan as a 6 year old in '92 when my parents were attending KSU for their PHDs.  Lived at the closest Jardine apartment to the stadium where it was right next to the parking lot of the stadium.  For the next 8 years, I would sneak into every home game (football and basketball) and watch my favorite cats play.  Thank God it was a different time back then and kids didn't need 24/7 supervision.  Basketball games were fun too because they always gave out free pizza, and who's not going to give free pizza to a hungry 6 year old.

Also went to elementary school with Whitney Snyder, and she'd have the football players come to the school to sign autographs and stuff, which was awesome.  First football player I met was JJ Smith.  I remember him signing my trapper keeper :)

Then went to KU instead of KSU because KSU did not have the program I wanted to major in.  Nevertheless, while at Lawrence, I could only cheer for KSU and only be a KSU Fan.

It would be pretty cool to lead the league in points and be in last place.  I guess I should still try to take down francis this week

62

63
Take him down tonight IPC.

 :billdance:

Sorry, kslim needs his last two guys to really poo the bed for IPC to win tonight :(.  I did put up a respectable point total again so my team at least put up a fight :)

64
I've scored the 2nd most points in the league, yet I'm in last place.  not cool  :curse:
good luck tonight, i think it will be close

Judging by how the season has gone ... i'm definitely going to lose by 0.04 points tonight

CBS http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft has him up into the 3rd round now.  They had him at 6-7 at the start of the season.  Wouldn't surprise me that after Willis kills it at the combine, he may go 1st round

what's the chances we pull skylar thompson's redshirt?  Could he be the best QB on the roster?

cornelius lucas made the 53 man, as did BJ Finney, and of course, Gronk, which has been discussed

So a few years ago, CK was running behind an NFL offensive line

Lucas
Whitehair
BJ Finney
Stiverson (cut but made it until the very end with the Cowboys)
Rooks (Drafted in 6th round)

Did a little examining and we have nine cc transfer players on the two deep, three are starters, and Settles and Price will probably see the field a decent amount. I'd also not be surprised if Dozier sees the field.

Is this normal, less than usual, or more than usual when it comes to K-State playing CC transfers?

Dozier isn't a CC transfer.  He's a grad transfer fro Cal.

I think playoffs is still set at 8 teams.  How about we make it 4? 4 sounds about right for a 10 team league.
