no where did I say he said he doesn't want an extension until the end of the season, perhaps you should bone up on your reading skills
if you've heard Frank speak on it, he says he isn't worrying or working on it until after the season. Get over it.
am i creating a strawman here
if you think those 2 sentences mean the same thing, you need to go back to grade school.
enjoying your circlejerk?
Frank has never said he wouldn't take one if offered. Just that he's not worried about it or focusing on it during the season. Pretty simple really. I know you guys enjoy playing obtuse, but if you keep acting that way eventually you will become stupid.
why would Frank go on the radio and clarify he is the lowest paid coach in the league when the host asks him a question about this contract. why not 'no comment. we'll talk about this after the season.'
can you provide a link where frank says he isn't worrying about or working on a contract extension until the end of the season? are you being obtuse when you post a link to a Robinette article? an article where Robinette writes in his own words what I am looking for in a Frank quotation.
Frank appears to me to be the kind of guy that would have clarified he was the 4th and not the 3rd highest paid if that was the case. He deals in plain talk, no bullshit. He deals in truth and fact, and if an interviewer misspoke on any fact, I think Frank would correct him. Frank hasn't ever dodge talk of his contract when it's been brought up, but he's quick to point out that it's a work in progress and that he has faith it will be resolved to his satisfaction. We are talking about the same guy who coached here without a signed contract the first season....that's not the sign of a guy who's concerned about it to a great extent.
as far as the other extensions, last I heard Deb wasn't championing the practice facility, so if that's a major issue in the contract talks, that's irrelevant to her.
