luckily both abana bros are doing it....both have been doing it for about half a year though so they are way better at it, quite frustrating but motivating.
I agree though, it definitely isn't for everyone, but it is nice to have a workout  from hell and it be done in about 15 mins.

Just started doing crossfit. Anyone heard of it? I'm out of shape but some of the workouts make me feel like I'm obese.
