Orlando Dr. Phillips High School has a reputation for producing outstanding scoring guards. The next explosive scorer in line is 2013 5-foot-11 point guard Rashawn Powell.
And not just a scorer at 26 points per game, Powell is also dishing out six assists per game.
Coaches are taking notice of Powell's abilities. Most recently to watch him play was Maryland assistant coach Scott Spinelli.
According to his travel team coach Diana Neal of Florida Assault, Powell has offers from Central Florida, Seton Hall, Miami, Murray State, Jacksonville and North Florida while strong interest is coming from Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Georgia, Alabama, Marquette, Virginia, Kansas State, Memphis, Georgia Tech and UCLA.

« on: December 13, 2011, 05:24:48 PM »no, you buy a lot you want a house on. you hire a builder to build the house there. you choose a house model that you want them to build. most of them will have a list house blueprints of house kinds that they specialize in or whatever but you can pick out whatever kind of house you want. they quote you the price which will include the figures for the allowances on the crap inside, roof, brick, flooring, etc. you can then go pick out the specifics on that stuff and if you pick out better stuff than they quoted you pay the difference.

Every builder has different allowances for you to spend on various parts of the house (flooring, appliances, fistures, etc.) that is built into the price. When you go over the allowance figure you are OOP.
wait, so this isn't like you decide what you want your house to look like and then they build it on the land you already own? this is like they're building 200 houses and they'll sell you one on a lot they own and you tell them what kind of tile to put in when they do it?

there is one right by lax if you're in a rental. santa maria thinks their bbq (tritip sandwich) is something particularly good, i haven't tried it, but it looks ordinary. you can get really good mexican in santa maria, i'm sure.

He won't stay that good for the entire season, but that number is crazy and means it's good to have him handling the ball as much as is reasonable (which we are close to). This includes passing to other players.
actually it means (aside from confirming his ridiculous as a house hands) that 64th's assertion that gipson is standing at the elbow and tossing interior passes to cutting guards all game long is pure fantasy.
i honestly can't think of a single possession where he did that, it certainly isn't an important part of kstate's offense. what a joke.
