basically, this tournament is for seniors leaving college and gives them another chance to play in front of professional scouts. fwiw, Ski was the MVP of the tournament the year he left K-State and he was able to parlay that into tryout invitations, finally landing a couple of 11 day contracts with the Timberwolves before going overseas.

-can'e be media darlings if you're NIU (cinderella's don't exist anymore)
-one of those teams that there is a lot to like (unknown)
-world thought we were all beasley and no other good players
-our team (from an outsider's perspective) is great to watch. cannot watch K-State play ball and not love them.

what are your guys thoughts?
i saw a doctor oz episode and he was like ya it's really bad for your heart, then he did a little experiment thing and i realized how much sodium i intake daily and why it's bad.
currently in the phase of understanding what foods i eat that are high in sodium and trying to figure out a way to scale back on them. LOL @ "scale back on them"
phase two will be sodium reduction phase. anyone else reduced sodium? how is low sodium food, grizoss?

Hello folks, clams here again over lunchtime and about to sit down with a wonderful meal and discuss various topics live from Gates & Sons in Leawood. Today's menu consists of a combo sandwich (sub turkey for ham) and an order of fries. water to drink of course. sauce? hot & spicy, don't be a dumbass.

lets say UT and MU leave for greener pastures where the grass hasn't all been eaten by other cows, and now that K-State has rekindled the basketball fires that were once alive in the hallowed hallways of Ahearn Fieldhouse, does the atlantic coast conference take a long hard look at inviting the cats to join their conference?
hint: only a complete dumbass would say no. now, if i'm wrong i'm not afraid to eat crow, but the dobermans might be joining the acc sooner rather than later.
i think that after this year's little "run" we have opened a lot of eyes in the world of basketball elites. we're elites. we should probably play with elites like sister school Duke and semi-rival UNC (guthridge). the only problem I see is that we would then have 13 teams.
