Daris did you have Mrs. Hoffman for first grade, I swear all WW alums no matter what age seemed to have had her.
also the pavement was awesome for slow baby bouncers for kickball, FTW!

agree on the concrete playground making the best mhk playground. lol at hicks want grass.
How many tetherball courts did WW have?
I think 2. But wasn't tetherball usually for the kids that only played with themselves?
How many soccer fields? Baseball diamonds? 1/4 mile or 1/5 mile tracks?

1 soccer field when i was there. 1 kickball/baseball diamond. no tracks... we were in grade school. what right minded gradeschooler wants a track. lol. did you guys really have one? ha, ha, ha. have fun w/ that.
LOL, the more and more you post in this thread the more obvious it becomes to us all that Amanda Arnold >>> Woodrow Wilson

if you are a soccer mom, then yeah. that track is prob pretty great for a 37 yr old mother of three living on westbank way with repressed sexual frustrations and body issues in the need of dropping twenty pounds. but to your avg fifth grader? i sure hope not.

btw- where did you guys go to get candy? cause there's a grocery store right across the street from ww? lmao losers.
Our rich parents  :dunno:

so rich that they just couldn't give you money to buy your own candy? weird. not sure i'd want my parents dictating the kind of candy i ate as a kid.  :dunno:

I think it's safe to say that without a doubt, Amanda Arnold is the most elite elementary school in the MHK area.

Frank V. Bergman Elementary School just laughed so hard at this post that chocolate milk went out its nose.
ROFLMAO. You're joking, right? Frank Bergman Elementary is like the guy that always finishes in 2nd place. It's in Candlewood so it's the people that almost made it into the elite of Manhattan. The only thing it has going for it as far as elite-ness goes is the Hudson trail and having a separate cafeteria from the gymnasium. Also, those sinks outside of the bathrooms? GTFOOMF with that crap. The playground is a joke and it's surrounded by suburbia. Amanda Arnold is surrounded by a very elite chain-link fence with a beautiful forest around it. No need to worry about running out in front of cars when you have such an elite forest. One other great thing about the location... the elite kids in Manhattan have a brisk two minute walk from school to walk to the elite Cottonwood Racquet Club for after-school tennis lessons. Bergman also has to live with the fact that they're responsible for the budget crisis the school district has been in since it was built.

So GTFOOMF with that Bergman is more elite than Amanda Arnold bullshit.

Did you go to preschool in the little shed out back behind the school?  LMAO.
Nope, my preschool was elite too. Went to ECL (on K-State's campus). Most diverse preschool in MHK. LOL @ you not having any responses to my beat-down of Bergman. Tap out noted.

the whole bergman v amanda arnold bitchslap fight is hilarious guys. woodrow wilson kids beat you up and sex with your moms fyi.

You're kidding right.  Hey WW nice 10 X 10 foot square of grass in your playground.  GMAFB.

good point hick. amount of farmland apparently makes a good school for your avg kansan. color this inner city mhk kid surprised. warm up the tractors bergman, et al.

I'm not too cool to admit it, it bugs the crap out of me too.
It bugs the crap out of everyone that doesn't do it. A kid I worked with said when he would teach his classes he would take note of the ones doing it and use that to determine borderline grades.

did you ever stop to think that the people who are doing that are having the crap bugged out of them by the people that don't?

if i know anything about the chinese, it's that they are very predictable. usually attack around 2:30 pm on big gamedays. i say we just shut the place down at 2:25 and reopen again at 2:40. should cover it.

i tried to do it. think i only made to 17/18 though. went missing for three hours and then showed up on my parents doorstep and told them i was ready to go to bed. didn't wake up until 6pm the next day. nobody knows where i was for three hours and parents house was like a fifteen minute walk to aggieville. i would advise to not try to do this.

get black out drunk on all possible nights. don't listen to what people say about "self control" and "making an ass out of yourself," if you wake up and can remember everything from the night before, you didn't do your job.

girls love it, and trust me when you're black out drunk you only do things that make you look awesome.
Anyone ever have a roomie crap themself?
Twice.  Not roomies but friends.  Once in high school and once in college.  Also had a buddy take a crap in his own front yard on Thurston or Bertrand on a Sunday afternoon.

had a friend crap in his own hand for ten dollars. went behind the bar in the living room. crapped in his own hand. walked out and showed us all. took the crap to the toilet and dropped it in. washed his hands and then promptly collected his ten dollars.

I can't wait to go to an omaha pak and sleep in the room built by goEMAW.com.

i just want a quick agreement that the window has to go. the way it's being described just sounds absurd. absolutely absurd. get rid of that stupid f8cking thing and then you just go from there.

Showed a gal I work with who is from Iowa the pic of Pete eating his WT upaide down and the gal laughed so hard she pee'd her pants.  Gross Pete.  Gross.

i talked to a lot of people in iowa about this over the weekend and they told me that eating an upside down walking taco is the iowa state equivalent to someone giving a texas fan the horns down sign. props to pete for sticking it to the cyclones and enjoying a walking taco at the same time. f*ck you iowa state. losers.

Like ew2x4 said, make sure the window is an egress, otherwise you can't count that space as a bedroom when you list and try to sell.

Yeah, it's not an egress.  It's an actual window looking out onto the back yard.  This seems to be hard to fathom by some on here.  Like, you look out the windows and there is the yard and the neighbor's house.  I excavate about 2 feet of dirt and it'd be a walkout.

this stupid window seems to be causing some major headaches. i'd get rid of it.

don't think i have a nemesis. arch enemy is some girl that married a friend of mine. hated her before they got maried. hated her while they were married. hated her after she cheated on him w/ her boss. they've been divorced for years now. haven't seen her since i found out. would honestly possibly punch her in the face if i ever run into her, which i will....i will.

it's amazing how bad ksufans is now.

dobbie's runnin wild!
yeah, reading that board again made me kinda sad that we (and by we i mean the super elite posters here and am in no way referring to myself) never fully killed off royalswild, catfan28, or catfan20xto20x+1

if goEMAW were ever lucky enough to get catsfan0304, he'd immediately vault into the top ten of posters in this place.

BTW, mixed in a tablespoon of BWW hot and a tablespoon of KC Masterpiece into a three egg ham/cheese spicy BBQ omelet. Amazing.

:flush:

Gates Hot & Spicy, Felix, Gates Hot & Spicy
